I placed an order online for some banana Ice gcore disposable vapes that I can no longer buy in Calgary. When I received my package all the vapes I think were expired as they had no taste, I reached out about my order & snehal sent me some new ones free of charge that were better quality then what I ordered. I can't say I've been to every vape shop in vancouver, but at least 75% of them and that includes the rest of the Lower Mainland .. I've been to dozens of shops. My biggest complaint about e-juice shops is that they all carry the same brands and they'll carry the same flavors of those brands, also I don't like how shops have limited selection for freebase these days. . This is the only vape shop in Vancouver I found that doesn't have any of these problems. They carry all the obscure flavors from major brands that you never find anywhere. Like I just picked up super sour by kapow 6 mg freebase. Hard to find flavor in vancouver. Also they carry Van Gogh juices which of these days I've only found in one shop in New West and then one in white rock. But they're an amazing brands so it's nice to see them in Vancouver as well. They have tons of variety for both salt and free base, and of all the shops I've been to over the years this is so far my favorite strictly in terms of e-juice flavors brands and varieties. Also the price was pretty good it was 24 after tax which I think is pretty good for kapow freebase

Regrettably, this location does not excel in customer service. The staff display a sense of entitlement, coupled with poor attitudes and a reluctance to diligently search for packages. Given the option, I strongly advise considering an alternative location for activities such as Purolator pick-ups..
