It's a gas station close to home so it's kind of hard to give a proper review. My only gripe is they charge $2.50 for AIR!!! (even has a card tap)
Esso on 49th and boundary has free air. Go there if you need.

It a gas station, such a simple thing and yet Dolly found a way to mess it up. Very unhelpful. Other then that it was clean and everything else as expected.

I just went to the store picking up the red bull 355ml drink, and when I come to the counter, one of the rep said it to me 4 dollars, the price over the fridge said it 3.19, he gave me the price list to see it is 3.55 dollars, just a reminder, this kind of service make me so mad that should train ed the rep knows more about the price changed. Otherwise customer got confused and will get another freaking 1 star again. Thanks.

Hi! I went to get gas this Friday, April 21st around 11pm and I attempted to put like only $20 of gas into my car really quick. However, upon payment, the payment wouldn’t go through on all of my cards. Both of my cards were declined and I even checked if I had money in the both of them via my online banking on my phone at the same time. I asked the attendant working that night and he also was saying my card was declined (not his fault, he was only telling me what the machine read). So then as I’m about to leave, I try with my debit card one more time and it accepts my payment of $20. I begin to pump my gas into my car and notice the numbers taking long to go up and glitching. They go up very slow and at 50 cents, it stops. It did not let me pump more in and I checked my account. It took 50 cents out. I spent over 10-15 mins attempting to pump my gas and there was something wrong with your guys’ machines the whole time. I had just come from clearing a passed family members house out and was trying to get home so this was really a terrible way to end the night. Please fix this problem as it was a real inconvenience for me that night and as a young woman I did not want to be out there for that long alone as well. Thank you.update: This was in April. It’s July now and nobody has reached out.

Worst customer service. Completely unaware of the customers needs. Poor attitude. Don't deserve a 1 star. Lazy, basically the priorities of a child. I was the only person at the gas station and they asked me what pump I'm at. LOLOLOLOL. KEEP UP THE HARD WORK!

So I lost 175 dollars last week and had no idea where it was..... figured is gone and lost! Then yesterday, I went to get gas, and my buddy, who I have been seeing for years, went, "Did you lose money last week "I was like yeah, he said yeah, I know. I've seen it on the cameras... he asked me how much I gave him the amount and he returned the money to me..... for anyone in the Killarney area Shell 49th gas station has some honest employeesMy luck has been horrible since January, but for some reason, I feel my luck is changing for the better.

I ordered a iPhone charging cable from this Shell Convenience Shop location via UberEats on March 21 and while a convenience shop doesn't typically warrant a review - I wanted to note the excellent customer service from the individual at this Shell location. (My iPhone cable showed it to be charging with the lighting sign on the charging bar on the iPhone but it didn't seem to actually be charging and was running out of batteries - so I needed a replacement USB lighting cable ASAP... it was past 10 PM so most shops were closed but thankfully there was UberEats.)A quick search on the UberEats app showed several gas stations that carried the lighting cable. The first one I ordered from Petro Canada didn't have it in stock so they cancelled the order. I replaced the order with Shell on 49th Avenue that also showed to have the iPhone charging cable... along with three chocolate bars (Free delivery with $15 purchase on UberEats with Uber One membership at $9.99/month - the chocolate bars at this Shell was also cheaper than most convenience shops or gas station convenience shops. Two Kinder Bars were only $2 with a promo on UberEats and Caramilk was $1.5?) Anyways, shortly after I received a call from Shell with the attendant wanting to confirm which cable it was (the individual mentioned he used Samsung and wasn't familiar with the variation of iPhone cables) to ensure I had the right cable for the newer generation iPhone. What I noted was how polite and respectful the individual was on the phone (even on hanging up saying Thank You and have a nice day)... surprised at the courtesy and respect from a convenience shop at a gas station.Got some extra time so thought to write a review to note that the staff here seem very friendly and respectful. Confirmed which cable was needed and asked if I had any colour preferences (no) and received my charging cable in hand (with some chocolates!) shortly later just as my phone ran out of batteries. The convenience of UberEats and 24 hours convenience shops (I appreciate the attendant taking the time to ensure I had the right charging cable as the previous Petro Canada also called inquiring if it was type-C before cancelling the order when clarifying it was the 8-pin and they didn't have stock.)
