Tl;Dr : be careful if not paying at the pump, staff has zero urgency to accept payment or remain in kiosk, immediate payment may not be possible
Wanted to purchase items inside station kiosk but the door was locked. I waited. I knocked. I buzzed the intercom. The gentlemen filling the pump tanks (not shell employee) told me the staff person was probably out back recieving a Pepsi order. So I wandered over, found the staff member standing around while Pepsi employee unloaded stock.
I called over asking for someone to come and was told 'you can wait' 'ten minutes' 'you can wait'. Spoiler alert, I could not wait and was not able to make any purchase.

Stupidest place for prepaid cards. Do not purchase from them they have scammers running this place! Bums are stealing people's money and they are constantly getting robbed so you never know what there place is up to. Worst place for prepaid cards.

July 4 2024 6:10 am main door is locked so I rang the buzzer the employee told me we are closed
A couple of days ago at the same time I can buy one Tall can of Red bull and cigarettes and pay from the window box
And now you want to decline my service because you don't want to do your job
I can walk in other gas stations and order my stuff through the window box
I'm just buying some stuff for me to go to work at 630am

Should have listened to the car wash reviews. It's pretty bad. Go to shine on Terminal or elsewhere
They offered another complimentary wash, that was nice of them.

Attendant was nice but thel car wash was absolutely awful, paid for the premium wash and my car is still covered in bugs afterwards. Save yourselves the time and money and go elsewhere.

The worst customer service ever. The person named kamaljeet is working on june 16 sunday at 11:30 pm misbehaved with me when i was showing him to scan my rewards card. Really not accepted.

If you need a quick splash and dash before you run to the airport like on I did this is your place you don’t have to go to Petro Canada that’s a complete gong show at the airport. I bought everything I needed great

On April -8 -2024 6:45 am I tried to use the washroom and then buy water , the cashier won’t let me use the washroom unless I buy anything. I left and I will never ever come to this store, rude cashier. Please find better people to work with better attitude

The Restroom should be available all the time for customers, They have labeled “OUT OF ORDER “ even though it’s working. Not A Shell regulation and standard procedure/policy.Staff should be educated and Local West coast AM/TM should solve this issue immediately.Hope Franchise manager solve this issue before customers get their business somewhere else.

Tried editing a review from 5 years ago but it updated to a brand new review.
I haven't been here in 3 years though because of the rude cashier attendant that is probably the same guy everyone is talking about
But it has been years, so maybe I will give this place another chance. If he is still there, then hopefully he has changed his ways in the last 3 years. Otherwise I am OUT for another 3 years
