Got gas here at this service station and when I went in to use the washroom the doors to the store / cash were locked.Tried again after I filled up and although the doors were unlocked to the store now, I was told that the washrooms were out of service. ?

Just wanted to echo what is already posted here. They will not let you use the washroom. They told me they have called a plumber but, after reading these reviews, I doubt they have. The lady behind the counter basically just lied to my face. Awesome customer service.Based on all these reviews, I will be reporting this gas station to the city. I’m pretty sure they are required by LAW to provide washrooms to the public.Dear Shell (Owner), I don’t believe you and your basic generic response.

It's been a while since we came here to fill up with gas, and when I ask them if I can use the toilet, they say it's broken. It's really strange that you easily lie and hurt your customers. I come here among all these gas stations and I expect to be able to use the restroom.

I came here three times a week to fill up gas but today again cashier name Sai didn’t allowed to use washrooms. every time they said it is out of order which is strictly against the policies I want to know this issue to the higher authorities otherwise you guys loose your business…..

I have been going to this gas station twice a week and buy some lottery tickets and some other items. Cashier here lies about washroom is “out of order” at all times. Don’t even let its customers use it, really bad service. 16th/Arbutus st. gas station or 16th/Macdonald st. gas station staff very friendly and well trained. That’s where I go and buy things now.

Terrible customer service, the guy on cashier was extremely rude, all because I was trying to pay with cash. He actually treat me like is something wrong to lau with cash. Beware of this gas station - 5 times now i've been double charged and the manager is not a very kind person. Also gives kids incorrect change who come to buy things from the school.They also will not allow anyone in the store and use the security window from 6 pm onwards.TodayI watched a woman go up- they again claimed they couldnt take cash bc they didn't have any due to paying out lottery winnings.. They have done this to me on multiple occasionsCashier eventually gave in and finally broke her 50$. He ended up yelling something about hating Canadians. I couldnt believe it.

Quite possibly one of the nicest attendants works here. He usually works the night shift or later. He is always so kind. I think his name is possibly Assam or starts with an A. He is helpful and just a nice person to deal with. In a world full of chaos and rude people he is one of the good ones. So thank you.

Such terrible service. I stood for almost 10 minutes in front of two Shell employees inside the store inside their glass bubble with the register. They both saw me standing there yet made no attempt to even say hello to me. They jusy stood there speaking to each other in their language (not English) and completely ignored me until a tall, loud, cockasian male came into the store and saw how rude they were to me and started shouting at them to serve their customers. The female involved was clearly the cashier. The male may have been the shift manager. Regardless it was the most dehumanizing experience I've ever had anywhere in the last 10 years by any establishment.In hindsight there are so many other gas stations in the city, especially without years of construction occuring outside making it difficult to be a patron in the first place. Do yourself a favour and buy your gas and other items on the go somewhere else where you will actually be treated like a paying customer, a person and with respect.
