Amazing store, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, efficient and professional service, friendly and patient! After a lifetime of speed-walking and holding my breath through the fragrance sections of department stores avoiding the assaulting miasma of perfumey mush, I've recently discovered how amazing a well-blended fragrance can actually be, and am now in full-on discovery mode in the world of scent. I find it as exciting and as engaging as the world of food or wine or whiskey or tea, with just as much stunning beauty to find and dastardly fakery to avoid, and am super impressed at Scentrique's business model, being able to try 2ml samples of top-quality niche fragrances before you buy a full bottle. Highly recommended for the quality of the education, the curated experience, the massive selection of fragrances, and the super lovely, friendly, down-to-earth approach. Thanks so much, Scentrique!

I’ve shopped in store and online at Scentrique. Both experiences were so different yet consistent and amazing at the same time. The knowledge of the staff in store is perfection. I love that I can order samples of all the different scents that I am curious about... and there were many. As I am trying to find a new signature scent and live hours away from the boutique this has been a huge help. Shipping and communication are top notch. I am a very happy shopper!

This was my first time ordering online from this beautiful store, and I am so impressed! The staff (in particular, Irena the owner) truly exceeded my expectations, and ensured that I received my order in time for Christmas. I am beyond grateful for her help. My adult children love niche fragrances, and Scentrique has an amazing selection at good price points. I will definitely shop at Scentrique in the future, and I highly recommend this store to others.

I found this place with some friends while we visited Vancouver. We had no real concept of the fragrance industry, apart from using some generic "designer" brands like Versace. I think the store blew all our minds and opened us to the idea of more intricate scents and combinations. The first time we were there the gentleman talked with us for over two hours, showing us different things, he'd think we'd like by our elementary description of scents, and from such a positive experience every time I visit Vancouver, I make sure to check out the store. Moving from Washington state to California, I can't visit as often now, but the only shipping was extremely sweet and kind as well! I ordered a couple things I had been eyeing for a while, and received a handwritten thank you note and 2 samples! Most of the fragrances in the store aren't for me, but I was super excited to find that I absolutely LOVE both the samples they sent me, so another knock out of the park from Scentrique! Will be ordering my perfume from here regardless of international shipping and wait time, they have been too good to me!
