The free underground parking is a plus and it's a convenient location. However, the store is poorly organized and it's difficult to find what I need. The staff are not always attentive and leave me waiting a while for help at the checkout, even when there's no line ?

I have no quarrel with Save-On, they have good prices on some items I buy regularly. But the check-out arrangement at this store is pathetic. Why is it that a long line has to form before someone decides more cashiers are needed? The self check-out seems needlessly haphazard.
