I thought I needed more toner for my printer, but the clerk said the apparatus still felt full. I went home and and tightened the plugs on my printer and it started working again. I trust these guys, now they have a customer for life.

It's kind of a buyer beware place. I had 2 different experiences. He tried really hard.
