Maysam is a genuinely great guy. He took a ton of time to help out in the decision making process. I was referred to him by my sister. I'll go back in the future if I'm ever in need of used appliances.

I recently bought a used fridge from Maysam for a rental suite. He is pleasant do deal with and has a friendly smile. Unfortunately the fridge seemed to be leaking shortly after we installed it. I called Maysam and was relieved that he would honor his warranty. He came personally and repaired what turned out to be a simple fix, in no time. For me, that is what really counts!

Back story: we're 'senior seniors', and I had a bad accident, cutting off my mobility. We live in S. Burnaby, no car!!
Our trusty OLD DRYER finally gave up the ghost.
From the get-go, I had a good feeling about Save on Appliances in Vancouver. I read that Maysam was good.
I phoned, all the good reviews were true, arranged the dryer,
SIGHT UNSEEN!! I felt Maysam was worthy of our trust.
Also, a huge SHOUT OUT to his delivery man, George who went WAY beyond the call of duty. Both men, totally trustworthy.
We couldn't be happier with our dryer, as we had requested an older style for our old house. Works well. I think you're in good, safe hands here. Many thanks, Maysam and George!

We needed a combo unit immediately and within 24 hours it was sitting in our laundry room, delivered and installed. What a great business that lives up to its promises.

The store was closed during their posted hours of operations "opening at 10am". I was there between 10:00AM-10:15AM. I had driven a ways to look at costs of fridges, as I need one expediently, so the store has lost a sale. On the door, as you see from the photo, is a sign that told a customer to call a phone number if the store was closed. This is a completely lazy and disrespectful way to run a storefront. I did call as it advised me too and went to VM which was full or not operational, which again gives the appearance of lacking attention. I would not trust this store, and whoever operates it does not put in the appropriate effort to serve its customers well.

Needed a fridge immediately and was able to buy and have it delivered in under 4 hours! The fridge had a minor issue with a leak and it was serviced with a new part the next day. Amazing service and would highly recommend!

Maysam and George were great for us. George was quick to pick up our old machine and install our newly purchased machine. Maysam was kind and went above and beyond to help us, even coming to our house after hours to check on our newly installed washer and dryer when it had a small problem starting. It wasn’t the machine but our breaker for the laundry room that tripped.

I've bought from Maysam twice, first time was over 12 years ago, then just 3 weeks ago.I totally recommend him. His knowledge and advice I trust.There is always a risk with used appliances so I wouldn't put much stock into the 1 star reviews.He as very up front about the risks and even convinced me NOT to buy a used dishwasher (even though he had 2 for sale)But the used washer/dryer combo I did buy for $600 I feel was a great deal. No complaints. Even if they sprung a leak tomorrow, I wouldn't blame him.

Bought a used washing machine in mid August. It had mechanical problems & stopped spinning and draining on October 21'st. I called Maysam at 4 pm on Friday. By 1 pm on Saturday, the machine was fixed, all covered under the 3 month warranty. Excellent customer service.
