The location is difficult to find, but the owner is very knowledgeable due to his own experience as a sushi chef. You won't get a better experience buying knives elsewhere in terms of quality and price point. There are many different knives in terms of usage, style (Western, Japanese, Fusion), brand (blacksmith) and price.

By far, the best knife store in the city. The owner's sharpening and repair services are both affordable and highly professional. He has an excellent selection of knives for all budgets, even under $100, and an abundance of knowledge if you are unsure of what might be best for your use-case. The owner is both friendly and informative. Eager to help make decisions and honest with the information he shares. I cannot recommend this store enough, whether you are a casual chef or an industry professional. Everyone deserves the experience of using a sharp, high quality knife, and this is the place to go.

Great spot to have your knives sharpened. The owner is very knowledgeable and the knives turned out great. What a difference it makes to have sharp knives.

Two knives sharpened, very friendly and makes sure you leave knowing more than you did walking in. Great selection of chef knives is making me think of an excuse to get another one!
