Julia and Anna are amazing! I came in with a user issue and they were extremely patient and informative. They helped me learn how to properly use my diffuser, and were so kind and pleasant the entire time, even though it was my mistake! Amazing service and a safe environment :)

big saje fan. happen to walk by the store today and noticed a very pleasant and natural aroma. walked a couple more doors down and one could help but recognize the manufactured & synthetic (eww) perfume. the nose recognizes the difference. nice work saje!

i needed help with deciding what oils to get and the staff working spent a lot of time with me going over the different products, they were very knowledgable and friendly.

Saje has great products, but unfortunately I had a bad experience in Kits. They treated me badly and kept rushing me out of the store.

I bought an oil essence kit and the blends they made are wonderful. The customer service rep could try be a tad more friendly. Especially with the masks we have to wear these days, we can’t see facial expressions so they have to be compensated for in other ways.

The staff here were super helpful with my defective diffuser, and they were able to educate me on all the questions i had. I would highly recommend stopping by if you need anything. You'll be greeted with friendly, knowledgeable service. Thank you for all your help!

The products are very nice, expensive, but nice. The service during COVID has changed. It feels like you are rushed to get out of there. Which I understand, but at the same time if someone is going to buy a lot of things, you might want them to take their time.

I love Saje’s formula for their home cleaning supplies - smells wonderful and cleans well... but the bottle it comes in is soooooo bad. It takes multiple tries to even get one spray and destroyed my wrists from the pain of battling with the bottle to do what it is supposed to do. The look of the bottle is pretty but the performance of the spray bottle is very very bad. I’ve purchased 2 now thinking it was a faulty bottle but no, it is simply a bad spray bottle. I had to put it in an old windex bottle which totally ruins the brand experience.

Saje had a promo on around Christmas time. The promotion offered a mini diffuser which allegedly sold for regular $60, and it was offered for $30 "with purchase".I bought that item as a gift for my niece who was renewing her nurse's licence and I gave it to her recently when she came over from Victoria. I have the larger OM diffuser which has a ceramic cover, and when I ordered the mini, I thought it was a miniature replica. It came in a fancy box all packaged up so I didn't even open it before I gave it to her. When she opened it, I felt embarassed. The thing is completely light-weight plastic and looks like something from the Dollar Store. No one would ever pay $60 for such an item which in my opinion, was misrepresented. When I contacted their customer service, their reply was, "The AromaOm itself is made from ceramic, however the smaller version was not made of the same material. We thank you for the feedback". (and that was exactly what I had stated to them as my disappointment in their misrepresented "big promo" item. They just parroted my complaint back to me.)

I went in right around opening on a weekday as was promptly greeted by a sales rep. I was new to this brand and have only heard of great things and recommendations from my friends. She kindly walked me through their products and the differences and purposes of each one. I was very well informed and helped in my purchases. I liked how she was knowledgable in the brand itself and the story behind the brand. When checking out, they offered to help gift wrap my purchases and they even put it in a reusable bag (we love sustainability!!). Will definitely come back as these are wonderful gifts to give and had such a good experience!
