I have been in here a few times for a couple of different items over the past few years. Most of the time we get really good customer service and a pleasant experience.I recently went in to exchange a wallet for my husband that I purchased online and Wivian helped me out. She showed me different styles of wallets to choose from and even offered my daughter and I water. She was very helpful and friendly and I found the perfect wallet for my husband and she packed it up for me nicely. It was a great overall experience!

My daughter bought a shoe worth above 1000$ and when there’s a problem they refuse to support. What is the use of spending so much and not getting service. It’s better to stick to small brands cause atleast they value their customers.

My boyfriend and I shopped here a couple of times and today a lady name Jiaxin did not seem to be happy helping us. I went there to buy a present for my boyfriend and he normally wears a size 42. So my boyfriend asked for a size 42, she went down and grabbed it for us but then when my boyfriend told me there is pain and seemed tight, we kindly ask if he can try 42.5 and Jiaxin gave me this “deep breath” “sigh” attitude like she’s annoyed to look for the 42.5. I did not like her attitude but I let it slide because I did not want to ruin the moment for my partner excited for a gift. I still purchased the shoes and when we got home I told my partner about it and he said he had the same experience before when he purchased a wallet from the same lady. I shopped regularly at designer stores and never receive this kind of attitude. When you shop at this kind of store, you expect sales associate to be helpful, accommodating, and give you the best shopping experience. I hope Ashley still work at the store- as she gave us the best shopping experience but sadly I was told she never works there anymore. I will still come back because I love YSL brand but definitely would ask for other staff if I see Jiaxin again as we might be a nuisance to her. She needs to be careful when helping customers. Anyway, I still give her the credit for grabbing a pen and writing down the words for my partner who has special needs. But too bad, I heard her deep sigh when we asked nicely to try a different size.

Had a very good experience in the main store at Thurlow. The sales associate was super helpful. Very pleasant.Would rather go here than the Nordstrom one. The sales associate wasn't as nice as the main store.Love how the leather of the bags have that luxury feel and smell.

Amanda at YSL Vancouver has been amazing at helping me get the bag I have been wanting. It was not available in store or even in Canada and she found a way to help us order it in. She is very prompt and kind in responding to all our questions.

I received a Saint Laurent purse as a gift (not possible to get the receipt). When I called the store, I was told I wouldn’t be able to get it repaired directly with Saint Laurent even if I paid. Disappointing but something people should be aware of.

This is an unusual review because I didn't buy anything. Made an appointment (I don't think they would not have let me in) to see about a gift for my wife. The staff bent over backward to help, and there wasn't even a hint of attitude when I didn't find what I was looking for. Well done.PS Very expensive, and they do not accept returns only exchanges. Personally I think this company policy costs them sales.

This store experience beats a LV store customer service in Vancouver. Kudos to Seamus; Corey & Eva are my favourite people in the store, and I’ll come back again and buy more saint Laurent products.

How did I miss reviewing this place :) I barely put reviews as I am lazy. But I love this brand and what makes it more spacial for me is the people who work here ! Honestly , it helps if you find the right person who could help you with the right choice as there IS NO RETURN! So it’s important that you choose the one who have an extensive experience in this Field.Please go to Corey !!You will not ever regret the choice you make ! My SA is nice. The reason why I gave just 3 star is their no return policy. Store only offers exchange or store credit. My first and last shop here.
