It is not the safest safeway, but it has free parking for customers. I usually get a coffee there from Starbucks inside Safeway.

Unfortunately I wish I could leave a better review for this Safeway, but I came in looking for a padlock after calling at 10pm and asking if they had one and being told yes, only to get to the store at about 10:30 only learn from other staff that they don’t carry padlocks… The first 2 staff I asked had no clue what I was asking for and didn’t know where anything in the store was, and the 3rd person told me they don’t carry them…
The other note I have is that at night it feels a bit unsafe to enter this Safeway location because there are quite a few homeless folks sleeping outside the doors. I know it’s not their fault and I do feel bad for the homeless, but it’s a bit nerve wracking to see people on drugs walking around the parking lot at night shouting at each other.

I love Safeway. But this location is the worst. There are many stories of people online having issues with diamond parking who patrols the lot. They ticket people even if they shop at the store. I had to get my ticket waived a few years ago. It was a real hassle. Please get rid of diamond parking or do something about when they ticket people who leave the lot but still shop at the store.

Usually crowded during the day. Some good deals but never on meat. The meat is super expensive. Go in the evening if you can.

I always enjoy shopping here. Prices are cheaper n more reasonable than SAVE ON FOODS. Produce n bakery are fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful.
