I used to like them until I brought in my Michele luxury watch for a battery replacement, and they scratched the backplate. Returned it back to me without telling me they damaged it, hoping I wouldn't notice.
This was years ago and I walk by the store all the time, and I've never forgotten.
They are not trustworthy.

I wanted to repair a small metal frame that was attached to a crystal and Saatchi & Saatchi did a great job in doing so.
Additionally, I have been looking for a new custom frame that holds two crystals in place, as well as a chain to wear it around the neck. After figuring out how all should come together, I got a repaired crystal with a new frame and chain which made me very happy.

I tasked Saatchi & Saatchi with making a custom ring based on another ring my girlfriend and I really liked (white gold in the pictures) and they knocked it out of the park. We asked for the ring to have leaves on the side instead of feathers and we wanted it in yellow gold. We couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out!

Love this place, the staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The quality of the jewelry is top notch and they're so good with helping you choose exactly what you want. I have had the privilege of knowing this family for over a decade.I initially visited to have ring replaced, but the care that Julio, Dina and Justine showed me, made the experience something MUCH more. I never felt pressured, or forced into any decision. I purchased a beautiful one of a kind ring about 4 years ago, and have been complimented numerous times.This past year, after my Mom's passing, I had some heirloom jewelry, and quite honestly, there was only one place I would trust to take these precious pieces. I had 7 rings, 3 necklaces, and purchased 2 bracelets. The care I received in dealing with these very sentimental pieces, as well as the fair treatment in purchasing the 'new' family heirlooms was striking.You can not beat a family business that has deep roots in our community.And you most certainly can NOT beat the caring , honest, professional service from this wonderful family business.This family is caring and honest.Five stars.Xx

I've been dealing with Julio for several years I've been taking my Jacob and co watch to him several times already the one time I did not take it to him biggest regret last year November 2022 I took my watch to this place in yaletown I am not going to name the name but he's been in business for over 25 years charged me 90 bucks for a battery that was made in Japan it stopped working after 3 months anyways Julio put in a Swiss Movement battery and I know it will last hes also fixing my hr min and second hand movement cause something got damaged from the other guy hard to get parts for this watch but he reached out directly to the company for clarity on time frame & info about parts ex.. Julio is very clear and up front with you from begging what needs to be done or doesn't great family business great people to deal with????????
