it was a great experience visiting here for the first time. I went into the store worried about the size I would fit into, and the gentleman named Vasu helped me, and he found me the right sizes within minutes, that guy knows his job perfectly. ¡What a wonderful and fastrack experience!. Loved the brand and the staff.

The staff (and I mean all of them) are absolutely amazing! I was treated with such fabulous support and wonderful guidance while shopping instore yesterday.
I must have spent close to 90minutes trying on multiple options and fits. There wasn't an ounce of rushing, frustration, or pushiness to purchase items the entire time I was there. Instead I was given free reign to wonder around the shop and try on as many items as needed to make the right choice. I must mention the shop was hopping busy too, so the patience and kindness shown to me was also being provided to everyone else, all at once!
The manger (apologies for not remembering her name) was outstanding too, I witnessed her speaking with her staff and she oozed warmth and kindness to them as well. You could tell she was a great boss and people where happy to work for her.
The staff were also all on top of their game both in product knowledge (instore and online) and their ability to assist you with style tips and all the hidden details the clothes and store offer. A quick example is how they were good enough to tell me that they had gift card based on your own tailoring expenses up to 50$; not a perk any company would hand out.
All in all it was a really great experience shopping there yesterday and I was pleased to spend my money on array of new items. If you're looking for a suit for summer I would go here; you won't have to go any further!

The staff at this RW&CO location are great. I especially want to give Natascha, the assistant manager a shout-out. She helped me with a styling session and was amazing. Super patient and made the experience enjoyable. Her style is awesome! She supported my choices but also made excellent suggestions that were outside my comfort zone and awesome!

Sales staff should reassess their priorities. I wanted to buy 2 pants. There was a long line of people waiting to pay while there were at least 5 sales people at the store at the time. Only one at the register. The other ones were arranging clothes in the sales section and one in the fitting rooms. It was taking so long that I had to leave. I do appreciate that the person at the till took his time with the client. I also wouldn't like to be rushed.
