Don’t trust them with your vehicle. They will ruin it and make you keep coming back for more services.

First time at the shop and such an excellent experience! Serge is extremely knowledgeable with the Audi issues and many other cars. If your car burns oil excessively, call and ask for him, he will have a solution for you.

I've been using Rudy's for 10 years(roughly?), and they aren't perfect. But decent pricing, honest answers and usually can schedule within a week. I have an Audi A3 2009. It's been running great.

Straight shooters. Great service.. Highly recommended! They don't change parts that don't need changing!
First, I couldn't find anyone to work on my older audi. I was told by another shop my car part could not be repaired (old 2005 audi a5 front wheel bearing seized in) .. Nobody would touch it. These guys laughed on the phone and said "yes yes they seize, no problem can be fixed" . Granted it cost more.... I imagine it was alot more work though, so fair. Got it done though!
Second. Went back for upper control arms,,, completely shot.... Also looked like time for my timing belt. Expensive. Took it in, they called me back and said they found the sticker when the timing belt was changed it's still good..... Most other shops wouldn't do that. They would change it and take your money. I know This because I'm in trades also and my bosses were greasy like that.
So these guys get things done when others wont.
The service is awesome.
The biggest go TO, they WON'T rip you off......
They are the only place I'm going now.
Thank you gentlemen.

Been here a couple times now for my 2010 Tiguan.
First my coolant keeps disappearing and another shop couldn't even find the problem. Went here and the water pump got diagnosed and fixed on the same day.
Second time was because the engine misfired. Read the ODB at home and it was a p0304 (Cylinder 4 misfire) Brought it to the shop and they changed the spark plugs and the ignition coil within a couple of hours.
Will be coming back here for any future problems ?

I have mixed feelings about my experience here.
I initially brought in my 2010 Volkswagen Tiguan to change the break rotors. They were available within 1-2 days of calling them and did a great job.
Since they did well with the breaks, I decided to bring my car in again to replace the engine intake manifold. When I went to pick up my car they charged me for a coolant flange replacement, which apparently had a leak. I drove for 2 years without noticing such an issue - so I suppose it wasn’t a significant leak. They did not call me to ask if they should fix it, and I ended up paying $200 on the spot.
What happened next was much worse. I picked up the car and started driving back, and a new light popped up on the dashboard for coolant. The coolant tank was completely empty and the engine was overheating. My friend brought the car back, and they told me the water pump had a coolant leak. They quoted me $1400.
I was shocked. I’m not implying that they caused this leak, but it’s hard to believe that fixing another issue in the coolant circuit without my consent didn’t contribute to this problem.
I did not expect them to fix the water pump for free, but I at least expected an apology and some compassion for my situation.

I went to do a Haldex service. Most of the cars there are VW/Audi. The staffs are friendly, the price is competitive, and they used quality oil for the service. Highly recommend

Very honest mechanics, and reasonably priced for a quote, they were unable to help me because my issue was transmission based but they referred me to a shop close by that was able to assist.

What a fantastic shop!!!
We have taken our car here a few times, and every time they are honest, knowledgable and fair. After a recent, difficult issue with our car they were able to get things fixed and we are running smooth. Thank you!!!!

Dropped by without an appointment to get help diagnosing tailight issues on my Jetta TDI wagon. Rudy immediately diagnosed the issue, went to check inventory, and replaced bulb housing. The shop was full, yet he made time. I was back on the road within the hour. I am impressed. Will continue to be a patron of this business.

My go-to for my Atlas even though I don't live in Vancouver. I always say "do whatever you feel needs to be done" when I drop it off for service and they never abuse that. They will give me a breakdown of stuff that is on the verge of needing to be replaced but will tell me that I can realistically hold off for a while.

person on the phone was very very rude. I wouldn’t trust a mechanic who can’t even bother to answer questions on the phone.
Edit: One, I called 5:13pm which is 17 minutes before closing. So its either you have a wrong information on google or your staff is closing shop earlier then your business hr. Second, you said you recorded my conversation but it is illegal to record phone calls without customer’s consent so what you did is completely illegal. I hope you haven’t been secretly recording conversations without people’s consent.
