Today I had the pleasure of having my car fixed at Rostami Auto Repair. It was a big job on my 2004 Volvo XC90 T6. They spent more time than they originally quoted me and did not charge me extra. They were very thorough, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs their car fixed. Really good people here!

I wish I could give this shop zero stars because my experience was an absolute nightmare. They are nothing short of scam preying on customers who may not be experts in car maintenance.Firstly, they overcharge for labor without any transparency. I brought my car in for a simple oil changes and was slapped with a $700 labor charge, conveniently leaving out the fact that this labor cost was per hour. Outrageously, they would charge $100 for rotating tires and a whopping $120 for a basic engine oil change – labor only!To make matters worse, they tried to convince me that I needed to replace my timing belt, even though my car clearly had another 30-50k miles to go before it was due. Initially quoted around $500 for a timing belt package, I later found the same package online for $80 to $400 from most simple to the most inclusive package. Shockingly, they changed their tune and quoted me over $1000 for the timing belt package alone, excluding the 5-8 hours of labor. This is a blatant attempt to take advantage of customers.Their lack of punctuality is another red flag. I dropped off my car on a Monday at 9 am as they asked me to, only for them to ignore it until Tuesday at 3 pm when they finally bothered to give me an estimate. This is unacceptable and reflects a complete disregard for customer time and convenience.Furthermore, they misdiagnosed my car with additional issues that showed zero symptoms of being faulty or broken. It's clear they're fabricating problems to squeeze more money out of unsuspecting customers.In summary, this mechanic shop engages in unethical and dishonest practices. They exploit customers, especially those who may not be experts in the field. Save yourself the trouble and money – steer clear of this scam operation!

over priced serviced for a punctured tired. Later i found it out that you can get your tired fixed for 30 dollar only with a small puncture, but he charged me 40.

Absolutely horrible. They will over charge you and scam you. The place is tiny and looks like it should be shutdown with all the hazardous stuff that they're doing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
