Staff were really unfriendly, just standing there on their phones. Was there to return an item and the staff had to call the manager a useless man who refused to off me any refund this is a joke !!

Maybe this is just a small shop? Not much more than a selection of track suit/sweat pants and jackets, in four or five different colours. Good quality, for sure, but not much in the way of range.

Dear Roots. I love your brand and as a Canadian, would LOVE to sport a home grown brand. Sadly this store makes it very difficult as customer service is nonexistent and very dismissive.I went to exchange a product that had a defect but was turned away since I didn't have a receipt by a male staff. In comparison, your Robson store took care of me by asking for my information and looked into the system.

Roots deserves 5 stars not only for their products but also for the costumer service. I just bought a baseball cap from this location, store clerk very kind and efficient, feel like she deserves a mention. Thanks again

Good selections of clothes, very cozy store but not the customer service. Staff saw us then ignored us when we needed to checkout, literally have to ask them to help us. Then got home found out they didn’t even take out the security tag for my shirt.
