Excellent place for men and women quality garments / accesories shopping under one roof.
Centrally located in downtown Vancouver, a prime location, with wheel chair accessibility.
Has items varying from jeans, trousers, hats, shirts, pants, cardigan, jackets, shoes, bags, belts, socks, skirts, woolen, casual, formal.... and the list goes on catering to the needs of both men and women.
A display board claims that Roots were the first to design negative heel sport shoes. A major success then.
At comfortable pricing, all variety and excellent material quality, place is a must visit for buyers.

Went in looking for a particular item that was not available at other stores in the desired size. No customer service; made eye contact with at least three employees who just ignored me. Haphazard and disorganized floor. Took a few minutes for anyone to ring me up when I went up to the counter, no greetings or apologies.
Found out once home that the salesperson charged me for a large bag when she gave me a small one; was never charged for the actual large bag at Metrotown location just a few days ago. All in all, this store is a mess.

It has a lot more variety than Banff. The store is large and the staff is friendly. We are selling sweatshirts with the Vancouver logo. Kids' products are sold at another store 5 minutes away.

My experience was good. The staff was helpful. One guy named vipul helped me find what i wanted. I appreciate that the staff is cooperative there.

The Asian male staff at this store are really, really friendly! Since I was thinking about looking at the clothes, they helped me figure out my size and suggested other styles :-) I thought the Roots clothes were a bit like Giordano's, but the price wasn't right, so I was a little heartbroken, but thanks to the friendly staff at the cute shop, I was able to buy a commemorative outfit!

I went shopping at ROOTS, lication Robson @ Burrad street. I received great customer service from the Associate who wirks at this location. His name is JAKE! He was extremely helpful and answered all my queries very patiently and professionally! I was so happy and i bought a Handbag from him! I visited before the coronavirus in 2020 and bought a face towel to give as a gift to someone else?I was very happy with it and went on February 2, 2024.I was disappointed that the face towel was no longer on sale ⭐︎4.There seem to be two Japanese staff working there. I love the products and staff here. This time, I purchased socks, coin cases, leather wallets, and name tags, but it's a problem that they don't have a lot of stock. Even if there is a product you want, you may be disappointed when you come to the store and find out that the product you want is not available. A tourist seemed to want to point at the leather coin case I kept inside the store, but I'm sorry, it's mine??
