Went to the showroom and was warmly greeted by Tony. Tony heard us on what we wanted and how he could help us getting the piece we wanted. He wasn’t dismissive and was very approachable, he answered all our questions. Showed us the piece and let us try on. Took down our details and gave us some level of understanding on what’s happening in the market and when our time comes we will be contacted to accept delivery. He is genuinely a nice person and I would be dealing with him in the future.

I had a great experience with Eric. He's incredibly friendly and even gave me a catalogue book to browse through. Although the specific watch I was looking for wasn't available at that time, Eric went above and beyond by taking down my name and creating a profile for me. Great boutique! Walked in with my sister and our dogs and the staffs were very welcoming and accommodating. Lalin took time and helped us to explore the watches we want to put on waitlist and also showed us some amazing pieces they had for exhibition for us to try on. Lalin was very professional yet warm. Our experience here was great.

He shared his knowledge and helped my husband on deciding what he really wanted. I had the pleasure of meeting Mitch while visiting Vancouver from Toronto on a 5-day trip. From the moment I stepped into the boutique, I was impressed with his professionalism, great attitude and knowledge. He made sure to understand what model I was looking for and also asked when I was heading back to Toronto. Long story short, Mitch got me the exact model that I’ve been trying to get for over a year in just a couple of days!!!Honestly, this has been the most amazing purchase experience that I’ve had and the level of care and professionalism shown by Mitch is 20 out of 10!Looking forward to working with Mitch again very soon.

Our first time visiting a Rolex store, turned out to be a very pleasant experience. James welcomed both my husband and I, explaining thoroughly all of the 3 exhibition pieces we were interested in. He took the time to explain all the features and benefits of each watch we were interested in, along with providing us with the pros and cons of how each piece would fit into our lifestyle. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and professional, and we look forward to interacting with him again in the near future. Thanks again for such a positive experience.

It's been a while since I visited this shop and they had moved from West Georgia to the "new" location on Alberni. I brought in an older Explorer II for service and was helped by James Copley. James was very personable and thorough and took the time to patiently explain what was involved in the service and what my options were. He was very efficient in processing the paperwork and getting me back on my way. (Parking in downtown Vancouver is pricey!) Now I just hope that the Rolex service Center does a good job on the overhaul! Thanks again, James.
