I’ve been to several photo labs in Vancouver and this is by far the best! Prices are reasonable, customer service is welcoming and friendly, and I was amazed by the quality of their scans. I will definitely keep coming here for all my film needs! ??

Have been here for a while even I live far away from downtown Vancouver. Their staffs are very nice. Everything was great until my recent visit. I travelled back and dropped 10rolls for development only. When I scanned them at home, I found some (almost 1-2 per roll) frames are damaged/cut out. And some frames have obvious scratches. I know it could be time consuming to process a batch but I am not in rush to pick them up… I hope the quality can be assured and I can wait a few extra days to have them. Just feel a little disappointed after getting them back like this and spending $100+ to develop them.
Hi Martin, thanks for your clarification on the bonus frame one. But that’s the only case I have, and most other cut-off frames are in the middle of the roll. See P1-2 and the last 5pics. A thin edge of the next/previous frame is cut into the current frame. And for P2 there is a deep, sharp scratch…

I got my film developed and scanned here for the first time, and I am so grateful for the team there. The pictures turned out great, and I thank them for being a part of bringing the photos to life. The staff has also always been super helpful!

This store is widely praised by many, including me. I live quite a distance from this store, but choose to come here instead of other film labs because their service makes the travel worth it. I find the colour in their scans to be very rich & they're very careful with handling film. I came here once when my film ripped inside my camera and they were able to retrieve it for me & develop it just fine. Thank you so much Rocket Repro... you have my heart❤️

All I can say is what a great vibe inside and very welcoming staff. After using some of the labs around Vancouver and finally seeing the results from here, I must say its exactly how I would've wanted it. You can almost feel they care and truly know what their doing because I was nervous to see the shots, but the results were better than expected and would definitely go back again and recommend them to all.

I had them print my headshots a few years ago and when I tell you the amazing quality of these photos. I knew they would be good, but I didn't know they'd be that good. They're the best in the business of printing photos. Trust them. You won't be disappointed!
