I went in for the first time and had such a great experience! The space is very cosy and welcoming, and the Pharmacist was eager to help and gave me so much helpful info and personalized service. I left with exactly what I needed and feeling more informed about different types of pain relief :) Thank you!

Extremely personable and pleasant staff. Kim is very dedicated to her customers. Great selection of household items at prices better than the local grocery and larger pharmacies.Be it a prescription, vaccination, advice or other item, drop in and be pleasantly surprised.Corny jokes are optional!

I love this neighbourhood pharmacy. The staff are consistently kind and friendly. They are quick to fill scripts, there's rarely a wait, and they have great communication. For a relatively small space, they have a surprisingly amount of over-the-counter products available and very competitively priced as well.

Super friendly, quick, and do deliveries for people (like me) who may be unable to travel there. Kim and her staff are friendly, efficient, accurate and kind. (I have a blister pack with eight medications. Two other major pharmacies have made mistakes that were signed off. Never an issue at Robin's)

The staff here treat you with respect and friendly smiles. They are definitely a community pharmacy that take the time to work with each costumer to make them feel heard and feel safe. Kim is an amazing person who is always ready to answer questions, give you a smile and ask how your day is. I’ve been going here since it started and would never switch pharmacy’s! LGBT2Q+ friendly ?

This was my first visit. The female employee was extremely friendly and helpful. I immediately felt comfortable and at home. The interior is very clean and tidy. Thank you for creating such a welcoming establishment!
