Some beautiful designs, but very pricey. Further, the model of having to buy a yearly membership to get a discount on their products is absurd. Be forewarned - the yearly fee auto-renews. I got dinged another year at $225 and it's non-refundable even though I did not purchase anything, nor was I planning on purchasing anything. Shop elsewhere - with a store that doesn't play games like this.

This is a very large store that has an amazing selection of everything. I just wanted to stop in and take a look around. The store was very clean and organized.

Well I've been looking at rh for a long while for a particular item and finally made a trip,the item wasn't in stock, the sales person wasn't aware of the existence of the item until I showed them online. The person acted like it was an Imposition to find the details . My question to all staff that work in these type of stores. Why do you act so high on your horse your no better then your clientele we can see it.

Delivery service is atrocious. Years ago I bought a nice lamp and one day I noticed a long box lying on my front stairs. No notification.

I will not recommend this brand , the customer service is very cheap,poor and disrespectful.They sell very pricey products, they charge you $30-50 for the samples telling you that you will get refunded if you bring the items back.When I drove all the way from west van to the store , they want to refund me in store gift card!!!!This is not acceptable.

I purchased a throw from Restoration Hardware. They recommended that it be dry cleaned. After drey cleaning the 400$ throw looked horrible. Restoration Hardware indicated it was the dry cleaners fault. The dry cleaner said it was the item quality. I will not purchase from them again. Below after and before.

God awful website that is 1998 slow with horrible navigation. I should be able to quickly bring up a page of all towel bars and then if wanted, quickly filter by the "collections". The site is to have a fancy magazine format but honestly no one cares, the world is moving too fast for this navel gazing.

I am very disappointed. I ordered a coffee table that I needed for my business and was told that I would be getting delivery this week. Today I called and was told that it will be another month for delivery. They told me that they were not willing to do anything to make this up to me.

Outstanding service from Roland at RH. His consultation on the design of our home was fantastic. He went above and beyond to find a chandelier that was discontinued and there are many more stories on how Roland helped us build our dream house inside and outside!
