Not sure if this is recent, but they lock the cold & flu medication up at some point before closing time and will not open it for you. Better plan your illness ahead of time!

While I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff at this location, I must address the strong odor in the corridor as you walk in. It smells like mold and other unpleasant odors, and attempting to mask it with fragrance doesn’t help. Please consider addressing the source of the smell for a better customer experience. Additionally, the pricing feels quite high compared to other stores, which is disappointing.

For the area of crosstown, sure why not, so convenient and handy, especially for travelers and tourists staying in the Airbnbs.
Wide selection of everything, spacious, friendly helpful staff.
Attached to Tinseltown, ground level for convenience.
Security roams here so somewhat secure.

Very rude, dismissive and unhelpful pharmacy staff

Today when visiting the pharmacy part of this Rexall location, Queenie went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and educated on my medications. I appreciated the extra effort and care put into our exchange.

HORRIBLE customer service skills. Lemma couldn’t finish the conversation with her coworker or even look in my direction as I came to the counter to pay with cash. Where has the respect gone nowadays?! Horrible. Train your staff or maybe hire younger ones who can multitask without almost fainting

Does Rexall not want customers? Literally chased down by Santa and some random security guard I’ve never seen before on the way to the laundry soap. London Drugs next time for sure.

The most useless "pharmacy" ever after 8 PM. They will literally refuse to uncage and sell you over the counter medications despite being open until 10.

Today, I was looking for some cosmetic stuff and asked an associate was working in that department. However, she treated me in a bad way and she was not really happy to help. “Oh My God”, she said to me at the end.

The employee named Kurtis did not help me even though he was available. I couldn't find a product and when I asked him he said it wasn't available but in fact it was available there was nothing he did. We, as customers, cannot always find the product we want. Unfortunately, sometimes we need help. I will not choose here anymore

The people that work in the store are all short-tempered they close half the store down at night because there's so many drug addicts in there they won't even sell you Tylenol

Worst experience ever ever ever!!!!!
I live close to Rexall and visit the store at least 3x per week and I really appreciate the staff, they are super nice.
However is so irritating and annoying to be followed and watched by the security guard every time you are in the store. I HATE IT SO MUCH!!!!!
I prefer to go to London Drugs which is further away but at least I feel comfortable there!!!

Around 7:30 pm on Sunday, April 28, 2024,
I was anxious to buy dizziness medicine. When I went to the pharmacy information desk, there was only an Asian boy looking at the computer. He was about 30-35 years old. He was probably a pharmacist. He was very cold and the service was poor. I told him that I was dizzy and uncomfortable and wanted to buy it. He actually lied to me and said that the dizziness medicine was no longer for sale, and it was stipulated that it could not be sold anymore. He asked me to go to a doctor to get a prescription.
It's so late. Where can I find a doctor? I just need to take dizziness medicine right away to relieve it.
I was very doubtful about what he said, because airsickness medicine has always been available, so I Googled it and showed him a picture of Gravol. He reluctantly said it was in aisle 7. Sure enough, there was a pile of Gravol there. I think it's too much. It's obvious that he doesn't care that I'm not feeling well or that he doesn't understand the medicines in the store at all? Or is he bullying me into thinking I don't understand?
Who is the owner of this store? I must file a complaint! This will kill people, what if I faint on the road?
[Note: Later, I quickly found a shop nearby to sit down and took the medicine Gravol to feel better...]

Pharmacy overcharges, doesn't use insurance properly. Quite frustrated. My insurance clearly covers 70% of a medication, and when they dispensed it only 30% was paid for. Called the insurance company and they told me that the pharmacist entered incorrect dates, which caused the coverage to be incorrect. Mentioned this on the next visit to this Rexall, and they didn't seem to understand, just mentioned that "Rexall is more expensive than all other pharmacies, maybe that's the issue".
Worth taking the time to go to ANY OTHER PHARMACY for your needs!
