Pharmacist working Saturday May 25th barely speaks any english and acted condescendingly towards me so I got short with him asking why they called me to pick up my shi#, I repeated myself not swearing, and the guy then got all huffy and offended and refused to give me my medicines because I repeated myself a 3rd time. I'm sorry, but if you offend me and I have to repeat myself louder because you don't speak english well enough to understant, you don't get to be offended back.
This person, should lose his license, I'm making a report to the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia about this guys behaviour. Needs to be fired at worst, and at best, reprimanded.

The pharmacy provides horrible service and the staff is unbelievably unfriendly. The arrogant clerk at the pharmacy couldn’t speak intelligible English. Despite having the medicine in hand, it took him one hour to make it available. He promised to text me when it was ready, but he never did. Extremely disappointed.

Okay this comes from a doctor itself. I am an emergency physician and i love to adhere to my protocols but this pharmacy and their pharmacists are dumb and they think they know everything and they dont follow any regulations outlined by their college of pharmacy. They are rude, they dont know how to inject drugs ( eg. they dont know to pull the syringe plunger esp when injecting an IM before injecting which can possibly kill you) and when thEY are given an advise they throw a tantrum. When i told them i am a doctor and i know what protocols are one girl short height indian origin started asking me do you practice in canada which meant she was racially discriminating me. Also an indian origin girl wearing glasses was trying to be oversmart .They handed me copy of my presciption upon asking without checking my id which means your records are not safe anyone can come and collect your things and your records. everytime i come here i explore a serious professional issue . I am planning to write to college of pharmacy about what these people are doing definitely not a safe practice and definitely not a friendly practice. Noone here is professional from store manager to the pharmacists. You guys better mend your ways.

Buckle up guys, this is gonna be a long one. A few months ago, I was accosted by the Filipina lady manager and she accused me of shoplifting. I hadn't. She told me to empty my pockets. I refused. I then proceeded to show her where I had put the item clearly marked "tester." When I absolved myself, she chuckled dismissively and told me that I was, indeed, allowed to do that and the bottles were marked testers and walked away without an apology. This was very unprofessional. The standard protocol for confronting shoplifters is to wait until the shoplifter is outside the store, and then call the police. They did none of that, instead jumping to conclusions in mere seconds.I told her that she didn't need to remind me of what was written on the bottles and that I knew how to read English. Yikes, that really struck a nerve and she snapped at me to get out of the store. A verbal altercation ensued, and then the lady from Whoville burst through the backdoor and called me the word that rhymes with hitch and told me to get the fudge out of there...using more abrasive terms, of course.I never did get a chance to properly document this incident. I tried reaching out to customer support. It's been 4 months and they haven't responded. Oh, well.I decided that since I was in the area, why not take a picture for future reference and bounce? When comma brows spotted me, she started screeching above 1000 dB. I wasn't intending to record anything, but then she said, and I quote, "I'm not afraid to smack the [expletive] out of her" and then phoned the police, calling me her two favourite swears all throughout the interaction. They also called me "mentally ill" to the other customers shopping there. That's when I took my phone out. This is not the first time they've been accused of abysmal customer service. Just read the other reviews and it'll be crystal clear that there is an issue with management.I'm very disappointed at how this turned out. Had the manager apologized for accusing me of shoplifting, it would not have escalated to this. I had no problem with this store until then. The location is convenient and closer to my house. Now, I've opted to walk further to Shopper's Drug Market to accommodate my needs. Better selection there, too.

Terrible service from the pharmacist, I asked her for an assessment and she told me she couldn’t do it today because she was extremely busy (I was the only one there and I can notice she was just lazy to assessing me)

I've frequented this Rexall for prescriptions and personal care shopping these past three and a half years. The pharmacy staff and the store crew have consistently been friendly, helpful and accommodating through the years. All around positive experience here.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I came in expecting to have a similar negative experience. But they surprised me.When I asked a question, a young lady by the name of Kate, walked me to where the item was located. Not only that, another employee also jumped in and tried to help finding the extra stock as there was only one item left on the sales floor. And when I was roaming around the store, another employee also asked me if I needed any help while she was already busy restocking the shelves. Overall, they were very friendly and super helpful. Kate also tried to help me save some money by giving some helpful tips as it was my first time shopping at Rexall. Thank you Kate! ??
