Been a customer for 15 years. It means nothing to Regency Toyota. Had an issue with being charged an extra $160 on top of the $250 for their premium inspection. Management wrre unable to accept any culpability and clearly do not care about customer loyalty. Will not be returning. They do not know how to look after customers.

Jeff Grkinich has to be one of the worst people I've ever had to deal with. He tried to manipulate me into thinking my truck was fine, because another dealer said there was nothing wrong with it, but I could tell that it had some major issues, and Jeff managed to diagnose my truck over the phone without even looking at it. The other dealership, Granville Toyota, didn't even drive it off the lot (i could tell by the mileage) and my problems were with drivability. Jeff then "informed" me that my 2018 TRD sport was a 5 speed transmission with a Manual option, and when I said actually it's a 6 speed with sport mode he said - HE ACTUALLY SAID... "I'm getting uncomfortable, I'm going to have to decline your business." Literally all I wanted was to pay them to fix my truck, but apparently couldn't possibly go against another dealers word who could be mistaken. He was constantly baiting me and telling me that I was getting "upset" in what i presume to be an effort to upset me so he could tell me to f off for a good reason. Well Jeff, you're as bad a manipulator as you are a DJ. I hope you get yours

Been visiting this place for the last 6 years and have spent thousands. I wont be visiting again since the service has gone downhill and no more taxi vouchers. Rude staff is not worth the cost

Something to be mindful of, when they state all the fluids will be checked as a part of their annual maintenance service, it only includes washer fluid.I took my car to this dealership for maintenance service this week. They clearly had stated that all fluids will be checked during maintenance service, but when I checked my car the following day, I realised that the coolant fluid level was the same as before and it was still very low. When I called them, they said it was a mistake to state all fluids and only washer fluid would've been checked and topped up. Then I went through their detailed report of my vehicle, and realised that my licence plate light was checkmarked as working even though it has been a while since it stopped working, which now makes me doubt the quality of their service!I then called another Toyota service shop and they stated that the coolant fluid check and top up is included in their maintenance service.So do your research beforehand.Other aspects of their communication was good during the service, and that's why my rating is 3 star.I personally won't go to this service shop anymore though.

On my second visit to this dealership, I was pleased to find Charles to be extremely helpful. He not only understood the issue I was explaining to him, but also effectively communicated it to the mechanics. Charles remained calm and polite throughout the entire interaction, making the experience even more pleasant.

Check the paperwork before you sign off on the service! Had my oil change and they accidentally added an AC maintenance service to my tab which I verbally declined.They said it’s my responsibility to check the agreement and since I signed off on it, they will not release the vehicle until I pay. So I reluctantly paid ?.I admit it was my own fault for not checking the document before signing. Nobody forced me to sign, I couldn’t foresee they would add the service after I declined.The reason for my low rating is because of how they responded. There was no real attempt to rectify the situation. They offered me to pay now and they can ask the manager tomorrow, after I declined that offer and the manager who’s actually onsite, came out and told me I signed so they won’t release the vehicle until full payment. I reluctantly paid an additional $155 to get my car back. ?A lesson for me and a caution to everyone.

Today, I made my 4th service in Regency Toyota. The whole team giving their best service and the advisor, named Charles helping out all my service concerns. Satisfied with his service and highly recommend. Also returning back the vehicle on promised time. Good job guys. Thanks loads. ??
