The Real Canadian Superstore on Grandview Highway is a very busy supermarket and mini department store combo known for its great value for money, competitive prices, and lots of great deals and bulk options. It offers a great selection of all types of foods and housewares, including many international cuisines, providing plenty of choices. Customers frequently praise the excellent team members and customer service, noting staff are helpful and knowledgeable, often going out of their way to assist. Parking is noted as being no problem on a late weekend afternoon. A common complaint, however, is the condition of the women's washroom, which is described as pretty bad, leading some to avoid using it. The store is always busy, and sometimes it takes quite a while to get through checkout. Overall, it is considered a sprawling destination for culinary delights and household necessities with decent prices.
Great store with big assortment of products. Also have on site made bakery and sandwiches.

Unfortunately i have had to update my review from 5 star due to repeatedly having poor quality produce. One occasion spoilt arugula and couple of other occasions cucumbers. :-(.

Raj is very helpful, respectful and empathetic when something goes wrong with my gift card. He tried different ways to solve the problem. He is much more professional than some other customer services.
