Jeff (Geoff?) was a great help when I was in a pinch last week needing a rack setup for my truck. He was able to suit my needs with current inventory.
Although I didn’t have the time to book it in for install he had lots of great advice and walked me through the process as I tinkered in the parking lot - checking in until the job was done and I was on my way.

I had the best experience at Rack Attack yesterday! The staff was so kind and helpful, taking the time to show me all the different options and explaining each product in detail. I was so overwhelmed by all the great ideas and products that I couldn't make a decision. In the end, I walked out with nothing, but I just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff for being so patient and understanding. Can't wait to go back and finally make a purchase!

The customer service at this establishment is truly exceptional. The staff, particularly Jeff, went above and beyond to assist me with my issue. When my roof rack came off, Jeff provided me with a detailed explanation on how to fix it myself, rather than simply charging me for the service. He even replaced my lost key for free, when he could have easily charged me for it. Jeff's willingness to help and his expertise were greatly appreciated. I will definitely return to this establishment for future needs and highly recommend them to others.

Customer service here is well below par. I visited when there was one agent in the front of the house dealing with a customer. No acknowledgment. Eventually I noticed a button to press for service; once pressed somebody from the back entered promptly. I bought my item and when I asked why the total was different from expected, the agent first ignored my question and then, when pressed, determined that the displayed price was $30 different from what I was charged, fortunately in my favour. These guys are phoning it in. Similar experience several years ago.
