This store could work on improving their customer service skills, especially the blonde hair lady (is she the owner)? She never says 'hello' to me at the till, didn't stop her conversation with another staff member and had to wait for her to stop talking, she never asks if I need help or found everything okay, and she never knows the price of the products. I think if they worked on a more customer focused attitude, their business would improve. This is on multiple occasions. I don't need extreme friendliness, a little acknowledgment as a human being is all I expect. If a customer goes in a positive mood and leaves in a negative mood on multiple occasions, then you ought to know about it.

I like their herbs for bath teas soaks. The associates would not want to have a conversation with you, I get that and I completely respect that.

Stopped in today great service and very helpful staff the selection of natural products is amazing worth the trip from Vancouver Island and they also ship products for a small fee what more can you ask for this store hooked us up with a great tea blend that has made a life changing difference for my wife

The amount of attitude these people give off is exhausting to witness. Very pretentious I will drive across the city to get my vitamins from now on.

When I lived in the area, this used to be my go to for vitamins, teas and natural products and always had amazing customer service. Went yesterday since I was in the neighbourhood and because I knew I probably had to do a big buy of a punch of products so wanted to support them and get some guidance from their staff who previously have always been very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I found the customer service horrible and recieved a lot of attitude.I will not be returning or recommending them ever again.Edit: issue wasn't that they didn't have time / were busy, it was attitude, rudeness, lack of curiosity to help me with what I was looking for. 3 pther people in store who werent asking for help. I am a patient person who has worked loads of customer service and sales jobs but it was outright rude. No excuse, it was horrible. Never going back again after supporting for over 8 years.

I visited this shop twice: 1st time last winter when face diapers were mandated... My partner and I were welcomed in the shop and helped graciously despite our rebellious act of wanting to breath oxygen. 2nd time few days ago and the blond lady with a French last name was super helpful and knowledgeable about liver detox and support. There is a large selection of organic herbs and teas. This shop does not deserve its 1 star reviews from people who don't understand the TRUE definition of health and believe that the government cares about them. Thanks Quidditas, I'll be back more often!

Good quality bulk herbs and a really great selection. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable, they can definitely steer you in the right direction if you need some help deciding which herbs are best for you!

The Asian older lady was so rude Ah to me. I know Asians can be super racist to the black race. So it wasn’t a surprise.Very poor customer care.
