I was at my home waiting for the delivery and they left without any call or buzzer.I now have to go and pickup from this location because they don’t retry deliveries. How is this business still running?

I swear these drivers will drive by your house, look at the front door and claim attempted delivery. It seems that they make little to no effort to do their jobs.

Repeatedly, delivery people with Purolator don’t bother knocking on my door when they come with a package. They just put a ‘you weren’t there sticker’ on the building instead of trying to figure out the buzzer. Very frustrating.
