Mya ( or Miah) and the staff at pure pharmacy have shown me and my husband nothing but love and compassion with the issues we have dealt with re: the broken medical system . With lack of family doctors and support for mental healthcare, they would be my first recommendation to feel safe, heard and seen as a human being.

Wednesday 5th July 415 pm - walked in to pickup my package, and the woman at the counter told me to go through a door which said ‘staff only’ in the back next to the prescription section. The lady at that door understandably didnt like that and said that the lady at the counter has the scanner and should be taking care of it and doesn’t understand why she keeps sending people in the back. Quite a confusing experience but I am pretty sure the woman at the counter didn’t want to be there and the woman in the back was just trying to do her job. And there was an unsupervised dog walking around.

On 4 December, I brought 7 postcards to the shop to mail to friends in other countries for Christmas. The retail clerk checked the addresses and gave me stamps. To make sure the postage was correct, I informed her that the postcards were for international delivery. I mailed the cards right there, at the outlet.About 1 week later, 5 of them came back, and 2 of them never came back. A friend told me the stamps were only for domestic use. I brought the 5 remaining postcards back to the shop. A different clerk said to me that those stamps were what I had asked for, without even checking with the clerk who had sold me the stamps. After checking the situation with the original clerk, she refunded the money and sold me international stamps. I mailed the cards right there.Several days later, one of those 5 postcards was returned again. I went back to the shop. The same clerk who had sold me the international stamps refunded the money for one stamp, said she would never sell stamps to me again.The first clerk sold me the wrong stamps/ And the interaction with the second clerk was unpleasant. I understand her frustration, but she didn’t need to be rude.

Words fail me, I have never spent such difficult time trying to speak to a person to help find a product on there shelfs.Terrible terrible customer service. By far the worst customer care I have received to date.They are so politely useless. They keep transferring you from one "Senior Employee" to the next.When will the 0 stars review score be available??I will not shop at any of there Pure Integrative Pharmacy again.

Dropped off a prescription 2 months ago. Drug was not available. Pharmacy was to contact Dr requesting an alternate. 4 weeks and have not heard a peep. If you want to grow your business and attract new patients, simply follow up with them. With this type of customer service, I ain’t coming back.

It’s awsome having a pharmacy connect the on line doctor . I needed treatment for a minor issue and they were so awsome got me an appointment same day on the phone . Pure pharmacy is 100 per cent the best . In stead of waiting at er for minor issues . I am so impressed not having to go to er on Saturday

I’ve always had an amazing experience at this pharmacy. I’ve had a complex history due to inconsistencies within our healthcare system ( which I know a lot of people can relate to) and they have always gone above and beyond. The staff are friendly, patient and very informative. I always feel so annoying with all the adjustments I require, or information I seek out. Regardless, they are always super helpful and ahead of schedule.I switched to this pharmacy from london drugs due to the lack of customer service and am so happy I did! I even get my prescriptions faster than pocket pills “ same day” delivery.5 stars.
