What kind of wireless company has a Google Profile posted and when you call them no one answers and the recording says “ your call has been forwarded to a voicemail service that hasn’t been initialized by the customer”. These guys sold me a "new" phone with an Android version from 2017 that wasn't compatible with some important apps that I require. I brought it back less than 24 hours later with the protective film still on it, in the box, with the receipt and they refused to refund my purchace, and force me to accept store credit, which was essentially stealing from me because everything else they sell is cheap disposable garbage. I'd definitely recommend them to anybody who enjoys throwing their money in the trash can. Otherwise, steer clear.

Took over a week to fix my Samsung S20 fe 5g. Which in total I had to pay$ 224 for the repair, a new sim card tray( $10) and $10 for a phone case. Even though I know my sim card tray was there when I brought it in.They DO not use authorized samsung parts, my fingerprint is unrecognizable, and I can't add a new one. One of the cameras is not working properly so I can't take photos on the phone (the main reason I got this phone fixed). The staff is far from helpful- They pretend to give you a deal which is never a deal. WASTE OF MONEY.
