The avocado toast on sourdough, with lemon, cilantro, togarashi salt, and preserves (peach with jalapeno and tequila) is phenomenal.

Phenomenal toast options!I had the burrata and prosciutto which came topped with some kind of delicious jam!!Best spot we found for lunch in the whole market.

Would make the trek from White Rock to Granville Island again just for this toast - still thinking about it! Long time fans of Preservatory and Vista D'Oro and didn't even know about the Toast Bar. We ate our toast so fast that I didn't even get to take a photo - had the Ricotta toast and Outrageous Cinnamon Toast. The cinnamon toast takes a bit longer, but is worth the wait. Really wonderful service too, a must visit!

Staff is friendly and attentive, wife got an avocado toast for $12 and only ate 1/2 because we just ate breakfast, but she saved it for lunch and ate the rest later. She said it was delicious.

The toast flight is a great option if you want to try a few different jams! You can choose 2 types of toast and 3 jams out of 5 "jams of the day". I really liked the peach and jalapeno one which is sweet but not too much and has a spicy kick to it. You can buy the jams in a few different sizes afterwards as well. There's a bar area that has enough space for about 8 people and the service was also great. They take care and effort in preparing your order, making sure the presentation looks great (not super applicable for the toast flight, but more so for the other options like the cinnamon toast crunch).

This place caught our eyes and was perfect for the two of us. We ordered the avocado toast and the sampler with pink grapefruit champagne, raspberry , vanilla rhubarb preserves. Had us craving for more, we loved every bit of it. The BREAD is equally as good as the preserves it was perfectly paired with everything we ordered. Also, Margot helped us she is very sweet and staff was all soo kind/knowledgeable and had answers to all our questions. This place was such a cute little toast bar and we've never seen anything like it. The idea is just so cute id love to see more places like this. We would definitely recommend this spot, and we'll certainly be coming back. Thank you Margot!! - we look forward to seeing you again :)

In my top 3 avocado toast locations in the Pacific Northwest! Sweet, avocado was perfectly ripe and well seasoned. The peach, jalapeno, & tequila jam was the perfect match. And the cilantro added a leafy note, in a good way.

Amazing offering of preserves with flavors and combinations that you will never think of it. I love how everything is displayed and also I had the opportunity to taste some of the preserves and all of them were incredible. Totally recommended!!
