I have recently redecorated two large areas in my home and once again Pottery Barn came through to me with every need to finish and decorate the rooms. Be aware that you'd still be charged for a return shipping fee even if you drop off the item at the store because they are claiming that the item would be returned to the States. It was nowhere mentioned on the website and I had never been charged for such a fee when returning an item in person.

Extremely poor customer service. Mistakes made by PB sales staff that caused me considerable inconvenience and a waste of my time, yet no apology forthcoming; all I received was attitude. Must be nice to have such a successful business that they can afford to treat customers like garbage. Won't be going there again
