I appreciated the positive experience with the friendly and helpful staff at the facility. The clean and easily accessible space added to the overall satisfaction. However, a minor concern arose as I rented a self-storage unit but had to purchase my own lock for securing the doors, which seemed a bit inconvenient. Overall, the customer service was commendable, with just a small aspect for improvement.

I left a positive review while using their services so I would receive a discount. In reality, they never gave me the discount and worst, charged me for another month of rent after I returned my keys. I had an unfortunately misleading conversation with a staff member , but the business took no responsibility for the extra $400 I paid for a space they had likely already rented to someone else. After three months of back and forth emails with management, I was told they could do nothing else and considered the matter resolved. It's truly disappointing.

Pockit Storage is a bright clean, safe facility that offers great rates for storage. The staff at the front were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone needing storage whether it be short term or longer term.

We found the people at Vancouver “Pockit Self Storage” Pleasant. Accommodating. Competent. Well organized. Facility clean and secure. Staff were genuine helpful, kind, patient and polite.

We were so happy when we found this facility. Great service, clean and within a reasonable distance from home…. Then today after 8 months we get a rent increase. After speaking with their customer rep we found out that they raise the rent every 9 months - factor that into your monthly rate and there is no guaranteed percentage, so we’re just rolling the dice when it comes to cost.We changed facilities because the rent at Maple Storage was getting unbelievably high. Before we signed and moved to Pockitt we spoke about the issue of multiple yearly increases and we’re assured that, that wouldn’t be the case. As seniors in a fixed budget, we are very disappointed.

This is a nice storage location on Clark, which is really clean and well maintained. They have tons of cameras, and they spend the time walking you through all the do’s and don’ts of the facility.It’s 24 hour access but you need to book in advance to get that. So make sure you clarify before going forward. There’s also a few public use Dollie’s which help make the move to easier.There’s only a few parking spots so weekends could get busy. Also only a few loading spots so again, weekends could get busy.

I had a very lovely experience with Pockit Storage! They were friendly, informative, and very helpful upon my arrival. I appreciated that they took their time showing me the storage unit. It is very adorable too! I would highly recommend using them to my friends, and anyone in Vancouver looking for a great place to store their things.

Bright& clean facility; fantastic Dolly’s with easy mobility to load up a full car load; huge elevators and lots of size options! So happy I found them and definitely recommend !!
