Throughout my home buying process they promptly answered calls and emails, keeping me informed about every development. Their ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful. Moving cities, time restraints and a tenant made this deal more complex but they handled it all so smoothly, making this so much less stressful than I anticipated. I am so happy that my apartment sold within 2 weeks of being listed with Oakwyn Realty and Adam. I was very apprehensive because I had listed it a few months before with another realtor and it didn't sell.
The pictures and the video that they put out for my apartment were very good and I was pleased at how they showcased my apartment also. I was happy with the communication and the follow through I got in getting the job done. I would recommend highly recommend Oakwyn Realty and their team.
