Weird and pathetic service I ever had in my life dealing at pharmacy store today at this pharmacy.
OTC medicine DO NOT required any ID and prescription... Even though ID was provided but they didn't give OTC medicine, which is totaly weird and pathetic public dealing. I called my doctors office they even explained pharmacist about OTC. But common sense is that sense which is not common in everywhere. Hope they will deal with other people fairly, for sure NOT.

Very nicely run family pharmacy. Pharmacist is very knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. She took the time to listen to my concerns with empathy & explained all my medications to me. Staff is very polite & helpful.

Absolutely pathetic service from the main pharmacist , he took my prescription and didn’t say anything for the first 15 minutes and I asked what’s happening, how long it’s gonna take and he asked me to wait for another 20 minutes. Even though his assistant had already given him the prescription and medicine for billing. While inquiring about the status, he was very rude and told other pharmacies take over 1 hour so 30 minutes of wait here is not bad. He also asked me to cancel and visit another store and then at the end told me to not visit this pharmacy again. This happened last time as well and he was the culprit. I am going to report his behaviour to the head office and will never visit this pharmacy ever.

I came here a couple of times but it's almost never opened from 9am. You have to wait at least 10-20 minutes till the staff comes to unlock the door and another 5 minutes to get service. However, the staff are skilled and very polite.

worst pharmasve ever. Either open 15mins+ late or close early. Bought groupon tickets and staff said not accepting this for a while ask me to come again later. Makes no sense!

Divided prescription, promises to call but does not take number. Seems content from having continuous clientele from neighbouring walk-in-clincic. Poor service. Often out of stock. Refuses service due to "system being down." Repeat offences

The old owners from 4 years ago were very organized and we'll put together. They cared about their clients. I can't get good service here anymore weather that's being ready on time or having what I need when I come here. I've been on the same medication for over 6 years and yet it's never ready or I only get half now and have to come back for the rest. I can't keep going this. I feel like I don't matter anymore. Also the delivery option is not good either because he comes at 9 at night if at all.
