This Pharmacy is wonderfullll.. just amazing customer service. They take time and explain everything. The Pharmacy tech/receptionist and the pharmacist MinMin are both amazing. Best Pharmacy in Vancouver.

I have a prescription for a medication that is sometimes in short supply. This pharmacy tried to gouge me for almost $50 more than the usual price. I think gouging people for necessary medication is immoral. They should be ashamed.Edited to respond to their reply: That's some selective price checking. London Drugs, Costco and my local independent pharmacy are charging $222-$226. So all that means is that you're still overcharging, but Shoppers is too.

My mom and I went to this pharmacy (walk-in) to get our booster shots for Covid-19. The pharmacist (shyrr) was friendly and very accommodating. She had provided us thorough information on what to expect after getting our vaccines. 5 star for superb customer service!

The manager is a young Chinese-Canadian man who was extremely helpful and clear when asked questions. He was delightful and the service was great. I bought $2793 worth of products because of how thoughtful and experienced he was. In the future, when I need to buy pharmaceuticals I am sure to find him to help me.
