They lost my prescription and gaslit me about it. I had to call until they somehow found the prescription and proceeded to start the prescription 3 days after being dropped off.

I had a great experience ordering a pair of compression stockings at Pharmasave - Burrard.
Sophia was very kind and caring and she helped me get the right size of stockings in less than a week with a reasonable price.

I feel that I should warn others to not go to this location. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION especially if you are experiencing vision loss or are temporarily unable to advocate for yourself due to medical reasons — because the staff at this location are RUDE.
Rather than politely asking a customer if the customer needed help, the staff members (PLURAL as in two staff members) here chose to be unprofessional and make nasty faces at the customer and follow the customer around the store.
I expected more politeness and understanding from pharmacy workers for their patients, but I guess this location prioritizes alienating and discriminating against patients based on their gender, race, identity and physical condition.
I am VERY disappointed to see this behaviour in a pharmacy setting.
I do not recommend this location for persons of colour, especially those darker in skin colour. The staff are very unfriendly and disrespectful.

Under no circumstances go here for compression stockings.Today, I visited the pharmacy with my ill father. The asian lady was the technician in charge of taking the measurements. There was a huge, A HUGE language barrier. She barely spoke any English and could not answer our questions. On top of the communication issues, her work was simply bad. She was inaccurate and in fact, my unwell father caught her putting the measurements in incorrect places. She was confusing the left leg with the right leg and mixing up the measurements. Can you imagine?! She needed to redo it.Eventually, she voluntarily went and got her manager, the South-asian man. I had spoken with him over the phone and had wrongfully assumed he was busy, hence his short one or two word replies. But nope, that's just his communication style: rushed, indifferent and unprofessional. We decided that we couldn't trust these people to deal with my father's health... I am shocked! How is it even possible that a big pharmacy in downtown Vancouver, right in front of a huge hospital could provide such terrible service.Do not put your health or the health of your loved ones in their hands.

I went into this pharmasave today to get a walking boot. The employees I talked to were really helpful, even going so far as helping me try it on because my mobility is messed up which I really appreciated. 10/10 would recommend :)

Excellent place to go for help for medical issues, I was there and they provided me with the flu and the covid 19 shots right away even without an appointment, The attendant named Houtan was a very polite and helpful gentleman, I love this place and I would go there at any time I need some medical advise

The pharmacists are very nice and friendly but the Indian man running the cashier is very rude. He has a very bad attitude and is not customer service oriented. He is nice to the other pharmacists but treats all the customers like garbage.He also almost gave me the wrong prescription for someone else! No apologies or anything. And gave me major attitude because i didnt call before getting refilled. He is not careful with prescription, rude to customers and should be fired.Will be taking my business elsewhere

Small, cozy , and tidy .I had a coupon for deodorant at pharmasave , but they weren’t carrying them. The employee was kind and helpful. I’ll recommend this small business owner for our a quick pick up of little daily pharmacy needs.

My first Visit to this store was my disappointment too early into me venturing inside, after already building up excitement due to the visual of a clean, properly faced store and upon enfering I was met with negative words nearing accusations and suchApparently having old clothes and being talkative as my usual self is clearly meant to the manager that I came there to steal, especially since I was polite with security and complied when asked to leave my backpack in a safe place, which turned out to be stuffed behind the vending machine near the entrance on the dirty floor, which I only found put upon being kicked out after browsing for 10 minutes while an undercover officer politely watched me shop, quietly and politely not disturbing my first time in this pharmacy. The uniformed security guard apologized to me as he explained I was being asked to leave because I steal, according to the demands the manager had made to himI explained that I was taking my time to recognize certain items that are either hard to find locally or far more expensive elsewhere, but the pre conception the manager had made was not going to change, even when I showed the benefit of the doubt by offering ID and allowing to be searched for specific and substantial evidence. I left, and upon commenting on how I noticed my belongings left on the filthy floor unsafely i was yelled at and told leave., yet again by the angry manager lady.Security guard followed me outside to apologize and mention that he recognized me from another store and that he knew I was a good guy and felt bad having no say in the matter.Overall, wear business professional attire unless you enjoy going through an unforgettable experience. Gel ice packs were on sale. Hopefully you have the opportunity to enjoy such a deal before being tossed for looking different. Expect discrimination based on how you look and whether you have the sane skin color as the manager on duty or not.I'm sorry if you have also happened to experience such verbal abuse and attacks against such abuse
