Unbelievable, the worst system ever, I book for a quick wash at 7:30 pm on Friday Nov 15th, unfortunately I couldn’t make it so I call at 5 pm to reschedule, the representative told me the next day 2 pm is available, I asked if they have anything earlier, they double confirm only 2 is the earliest they can do. I showed up at the store by 2 only to find out the appointment is actually made to 2:30 pm. So the representative who helped me to reschedule either made it wrong or gave me the wrong information via phone.
There is no email confirmation sent after rescheduling ( there is one when I call to get scheduled) and the supervisor told me when it got rescheduled on phone they don’t sent email confirmation? What the crap is this system ?
I got a doctor’s appointment at 2:30 so I can’t just come back, they have kennel available but they refuse to keep the dog in the kennel for 20 mins because I book a “quick wash”, there is a liability issue … but if I change to wash and brush then they can …. Wth is that ?
The worst experience I had ever, first it’s their fault that gives out the wrong info. Second there is not notification email. Third, the way they deal the matter is total unacceptable.
Definitely the worst place to go.

Very convenient location. Staff are super helpful, and provide answers to any questions. They will even honour online coupons when the Petsmart website is broken.

A couple times now their sales are misleading, having the sales prices for a brand of dry food in the wet food shelf (dry food was multiple shelves away) an approximate example: spend 40 dollars and receive X amount dollars/percent off or extra dollars on my pet-points account for making that advertised purchase (in my case it was both,) but then bringing this to the cash I had too make the line of customers behind me wait while I go take a picture of the sale sign [to which in small writing it states dry food only]
Luckily though they honored half of their mistake. I Recieved the price/discount advertised but not the extra pet-points.
Still happy with the service and great location though. Only mentioning this as it's happened in the same kind of mannor twice. Also it's good for me to mention they opened a 2nd register asap for the stuck behind me customers

We place online order for pet food and treats and do side pick-up. Always kind and helpful. We appreciate the great attitude from the staff that greet our pups in the car.

They never fail me, even the fish. I seem lucky with them unless I forget the companions they are going in with—haha, goldfish, gobble, gobble, not really funny. These two babies came from there. They were the size of a loonie; now their size is just a loonie, haha. I am so witty, which is why I am not a good comedian as well.

Got my dog groomed here yesterday and they left his nose red raw ? along with a nick at his bum. I didn’t notice until we got home but seems to be bothering him.
There are also multiple patches not cut at all, will have to touch them up myself unfortunately
