Washroom always closed because they don’t want public using it. We bought a phone card then asked for key to washroom before filling up car with gas. Was told that they never clean the washroom so never going to let Petro Canada customers use washroom, I had to per on the side of the building along with a few other female customers. 3:00 pm on Saturday December 17th. Going to report them to Peter Canada head office.

I am standing outside this gas station right now. I am down from west Kelowna to see my identical TRIPLET SONS THAT JUST HAD THEIR 19TH birthday..and their 18 years old sister. I moved to I found out I have type 2 diabetes I don't feel well was hungry I am stuck in vancouber because of the fires in west Kelowna and I am standing here having had someone double charge me for chips and then not answer the buzzer .. I bought a bag of Sun chips 70,,g tapped my card started to walk away shook my head realizing she charged me 4 dollars and fifty something cents sod to say this was overchsrgef and she was got in pressed button several times no answera couple walked up and just didn't press buttonI want my money some day the disbeties makes it hard so won't let this go i come up here all the the time ....and lady...i will not let this go I am an honest person thst helps strangers and pays it forward I had ,8 years destroyed by child services and no one is ever gona lie about my name or cheat my kids or me again never again..I am a good person and u took money that is mine I am poor expect this to not go away away is shin llet

The women who worked on October 28th at 6 AM was very rude, impolite and judgemental. I felt very disappointed and I strongly suggest the owner to appoint people with good customer service

Checked the balance on 3 gift cards I had. Each of them had small balance. Two of the gift cards had $3.15 and one of the cards had .72 cents
The attendant refused to use the gift cards for gas saying that she could only use on per transaction. She did not offer any help and was not concerned in slightest. I do not think she is being honest, I have never heard of anything like this before.

Very Rude teller!!!! Her shift is at graveyard I went there about 1am her name is Linda always shouting and throwing stuff slamming the drawer, and if she misheard you she will shout at you she ruined my night!!! Not just once or twice but 3 times if only there are other nearby petrocanada I will never go back here! Ihope you will do something about this!
