I visited Petro-Canada last night and was impressed by how super clean the place was. However, I encountered an issue when my card got stuck in one of the machines. I was quite frustrated, but Vishal came to the rescue and was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. His assistance made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Thanks again, Vishal, for the excellent service!

I had bad experience at this location got gas from here wanted to use restroom employee was saying oh our washroom is broken I said fine walked out but employee came to my car and said why you are taking pictures I told him I will write a review so petrocan can come and fix it he’s very rude ??

Skip this gas station. No washrooms, bad customer service. Go to next one, better price, always open washrooms.

My guy Aman was kind and helpful from the get go. My experience began when i was promptly greeted by this gentleman at the door. Me and my partner we're looking for some cheetos. We quickly took notice to the precisely placed chip bags and other snacks on the shelves, we could tell that someone (Aman?) took his time to do so, being that he always wants the customer to feel cared for. Unfortunately they did not have the hot ones and frankly lacked in all spicy chip selection, but luckily Aman was very knowledgeable when it came to business. We settled on the classic cheetos and some chocolate milk. The chocolate milk seemed to be tampered with but of course Aman knew about the problem and assured us that the chocolate milk was safe and properly concealed Overall Aman brightened our night and we are grateful that he is now in our lives.

Around 4:30pm today I was overcharged by the male indian cashier, paid for 3 things that totalled 16.75 on the receipt, paid with a $20 bill and the cashier did not provide change, then he asked for an additional $4.25 for a Gatorade that I already purchased, so I paid $24.25 and I confronted the cashier with the receipt, he gave me back $3.25, still out $4.25, I don't care about the money, these people are scammers. The cashier was east indian with a turban and glasses, beware. The east indian female also working behind the counter, she was laughing at the encounter, yes my math is correct and this is not some mix up, totally unprofessional and I feel as though these people are running some kind of a scam, would give negative stars if possible, it was 100% intentional and caught onto these peoples scams, shame on you

I came here one night asking if someone could help me fill my tire pressure . There were to girls working there. They were just socializing amongst themselves . When I asked for their help one girls replied saying “No. I don’t want to. It’s too cold outside. “ terrible customer service.

First time refueling here, all the machines work, the place wasn’t crowded so i didn’t have to wait or make a line to fill my tank, is one of the two last gas stations before getting into the highway .

The gas pumps are often broken here. Not all of them at the same time, but more than a few times there has been two or three that aren’t working

Just went there July 1st, 2023.The lady saw my son grab a chocolate and she wanted one too so she asked him to grab one too. I looked at what I paid for and she ran TWO through and put one behind the counter.2:05 pm and she was a female.She tried to scam us! Keep your receipts!!!
