Having 2 charging spots in a world where EVs are increasing in numbers every week, I don’t get to charge ~70% of the time.Last night, I had to ask the lady who was parked in the adjacent spot if she was going to use the charger as she was busy staring at her phone to not realize I had pulled up. She kindly moved so I didn’t have to park in the handicap spot to use the slow-charger. Went for a walk and buddy next to me was having some food delivered to his car which was kinda funny. When I got back to my car 20 min later, I was surprised to see he was still charging. So maybe 20 more minutes pass and I see a car parked behind me and I jumped out to ask her if she would like to charge her car as buddy could care less about other people…and it was the SAME lady from earlier who was apparently waiting for buddy to finish charging his car! So I was like ok, cool. I look over to see what %age he’s at…and he was at fricken 99%. Dude, did you JUST get your Tesla? Like, nobody does that. So it sat at 99% for 5 minutes then disconnected. But I don’t know what his deal was - he still didn’t get out and unplug. He doesn’t know my charger’s broken - I could have been waiting for it. He just wanted 100% charge and to waste everyone else’s time. Pretty selfish.So I believe the etiquette is no longer than 30 minutes or if you’re at 80%. If you have achieved either of those levels, unplug and share nicely with others!

It could be better if they made all pumps self service and offered full service to anyone that wanted it. The two outer pumps closest to street are often closed because they are full serve only. There is eight pumps, make them all self serve. One pump is permanently out of order. They no longer give receipts at the pump because it is either out of paper or broken. This is a common problem at all locations at this chain. They force you to go inside to get a receipt. The Indian inside is rude.

Never opens at the correct time. Employees come in 30-50 minutes late daily

The EV charging station is not working over a week and still not fixed! Poor responsibility! Don’t waste your energy driving to this station!

The ev fast charge doesn't work as Petro Canada's billing set up is flawed. Can't fast charge even with the app. Don't waste your time at this location lime I did!

Consistently posts online prices that are 10c cheaper than their actual prices. They also refuse to confirm prices via phone. I suspect staff are doing sthg dodgy.

The service was terrible! I paid for $40 worth of gas and the pump did not work. I went back to the person behind the counter and asked him to fix it. He treated me like a fool. Told me that I was not using it correctly. I went back and tried again. It did not work. He said that I was doing something wrong. He finally came out and realized that it was his mistake. In a belligerent manner he told me to wait as he did the transaction again. This wasted my time. Will go to another gas station next time.
