Horrible service last night they were open but didn't have gas and then i went inside to buy a amazon card they lied to me about petro points , I am a regular petro canada client never saw this kind of bad service and employees who don't know about petro canada points policy ....

VERY RUDE STAFF.(radha)
I went there to refill the gas in my car today, after refilling gas I went to use washroom inside this PETRO gas station. I asked politely may i use the washroom and the lady said NO CANNOT in a very rude way. The staff here was veryyy RUDE. The lady batch named RADHA who told me that I cannot use cuz it’s not available. This is not the way to deal with your customers. When i was going out the lady RADHA gossiped right away laughed with her co-worker, like what the hell man, is this what you guys are working for??????? NEVER EVER GO to this PETRO STATION. Very disappointing.

The one lady that works there is very nice and courteous, but the guy that works there Fridays around 2:30 or 3pm is extremely rude, speaks to people in a rude tone and always seems to be getting mad at his staff.

November 2nd I stopped in because my phone died and I needed a USB cable. I get to the door and the door is locked the lights are off. The manager unlocks the door and says that there's no power and no interact. I said that's okay I have cash I just need a USB cable. Great next to the door is the cables and so he grabs me what I need and hands it to me and says free of charge. I said no really and he says yes everybody should have a phone charged in case your wife calls. Well God bless him that's a good human being there. I highly recommend shopping here

Wow this specific Petro Canada says they don’t honour the Petro points lotto bonus rewards of 5x pts for limited time only. But I thought all Petro Canada’s are they same, as I love supporting Petro Canada but lots of differences amongst some locations, so it seems makes it inconvenient most times.

You have to pay inside before you get gas. So then I paid for a certain amount and the machine cut me off with $1.60 left to go. Wonder if this happened to others. What the heck?

Rude older white lady waiter. After I went to prepay, the old lady waiter canceled my payment, and then rudely came out to stop me from refueling, saying that I had not paid, and said loudly: "She has worked for so long, and she knows that my credit card has not been paid." When I received the receipt from another waiter, I realized that the old waiter canceled my payment, not because I did not pay. She turned and left without apologizing.Management should investigate. I will not return to Petro-Canada and will cancel all Petro-Canada cards.
