Today (October 1st) around 4:30 pm there was two male workers. They tried to scam me buy over charging something twice. It was very clearly not a mistake on his end and once I said something the guy realized I knew what he was up to. This is scammy behaviour and I wanted to make a note of it publicly incase others experience similar issues with employees here.

Store's open, lights are on, but nobody's home.
Pulled up to pump #Y, thought to simplify the transaction I'd go into the store. Young woman behind the counter was bored and indifferent. Told her I wanted to put $X in pump #Y, she told me it was out of order. Asked her what was wrong and she told me it had no "noossel."
Went back to the pump and found that indeed there was a noossel. Went back inside and told her and she couldn't have cared less. Paid my money and gassed up.
I've encounter few people in my life who were as apathetic as her. Surprised this place even has 2.8/5 stars.

Not a bad car wash for $15, but don't expect a thorough clean from an automatic wash.
I chose the most expensive option, but it still wasn't great—especially with the wheel rims, which were left dirty.
Overall, it did about as well as you'd expect from this type of machine car wash.

Review for wash: I had to do 2 cycles because the first one didnt even remove some obvious dirt. Even after the second one, theres still dust and dirt patches. Terrible! 15 dollars down the drain.

It was waste of money and time!
I went there and I did the super service which was the most expensive service! It did not work and it didn’t clean my car well! It take only 3 min inside there carwash. The lady didn’t know what her doing!

First, I want to express my gratitude to the staff for being courteous and making the situation right by offering a refund.
I do not recommend this car wash unless you're taking surface dirt off an old beater and you don't care much about the end result. It was an extremely quick wash for the price, it damaged my car and my license plate, and did not even get it remotely clean. For context, my car was only dusty with a bit of residue from bird poop on the roof. It had no mud, sap, or other tree debris stuck to it, which was what I saw on most of the other cars lined up today.
For $15.75, I had my license plate bent out of shape, white soap scum left all over my windshield, white smudges left on the sides, and so much dirt and dust remaining that I could easily wipe it away with the light swipe of a finger. I absolutely do not recommend this car wash if you have an older vehicle with more fragile paint. The spinners seem to have stripped the finish on my hood right off; instead of being shiny, it's now matte and blotchy with tons of small scratches. It looks like I have way more scratches on many surfaces of my car, but this may just be due to the wax being stripped in those areas. I can't understand how the cleaning process can be both so harsh and so ineffective. Initially I was offered credit for a second wash, but I refused to put my car through that battering again. I'm going to be looking for another business to rewash my car to remove the soap scum and all the remaining dust and dirt, then wax it to try to protect the damaged and scratched up paint.

Staff closed and left 15 minutes early. Turned people down 30 minutes before close. I was told I could vacuum after car wash but then they said I couldn’t after clearing out car; which took a lot of work. They lied and said it was because it was leaked to car wash but turned out to be them wanting to leave early. Car wash was terrible and car was still dirty. Window washers had dirty water and couldn’t correct the car wash issues. Manager should check that staff clocked out at 10:45pm on Tuesday July 23rd 2024.

Even though there is someone guiding you in, they guided me to leave a huge scrape in my rim… honestly think i was fine without any guidance
