Working with Pete was one of the best parts about becoming homeowners. He is professional, honest, friendly and reliable. It was very reassuring to have him navigate us through the journey to find a home that met our needs as a growing family. He really looked out for us, advised us well, and went to bat for us when needed. Pete has still been available to help us even after the purchase went through, gave us a great list of resources and referrals for whatever services we need as home owners, and he even remembered my birthday. Just goes to show what a gem of a person he is, and why he has a stellar reputation in this industry.

Pete has been amazing to work with! He's been incredibly supportive, always taking care of everything I needed. He's super responsive. I never waited more than 5 minutes for a reply, even on weekends. Pete knows downtown buildings inside and out, which was so helpful. Plus, he's just a really nice guy to work with. I'd recommend Pete to anyone!

Pete is great! He will stick with you for the long run with sound advice throughout. He knows what is needed to win a bid in a hot market like Vancouver but he also helps you get there without any pressure. He definitely helped me avoid a few overpriced places and ultimately I ended up in the exact kind of home I wanted. I would definitely recommend him.
Also his connections in the housing market have been fantastic as well. He always recommends pretty rock solid people
