After crashing my car, I chose Pender Auto Body for the repairs, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professional and efficient service. The team operates with the precision of a laser beam. Raymond was exceptionally thorough in assessing the damage and provided a clear, detailed explanation of the repair process. He was quick and accurate with the quote and handled the ICBC process seamlessly.
Rina, who manages the office, is a true pleasure to watch in action—she’s precise, incredibly fast, kind, and efficient, solving problems and assisting customers with the skill of a conductor leading an orchestra. Although I didn’t see the repair work firsthand, I expected my car to be ready in a week. To my surprise, it was returned to me in excellent condition within just two days.

Pender Autobody are the real deal. Excellent service and an outstanding finished product. I had a tree fall onto the top pillar and hood of my vehicle. The team at Pender Auto body were detailed in their approach to documenting the damage and submitting the claim to ICBC. After approval the team went and sourced OEM replacement parts and got to work. Efficient and professional service on repairing my vehicle and returning it in showroom condition. Timely and honest communication. Will return in the future for sure.

Was looking to bring my Honda in for service that is covered under an extended warranty purchased through the Honda dealer; this coverage is supposed to be provided for any shop that is Honda Certified (as this one is).
When I called to inquire about servicing my vehicle they were quick to deny that they work with this kind of coverage and put no effort into hearing my claim out.
I expected more from a Honda Certified Facility.

The team at Pender Auto Body is simply amazing & their prices are very reasonable & affordable! They are not just professionals but also very hard working, humble, kind & caring team. I just walked in to show the damaged vehicle & get a quote and they never turned me down but took few minutes off their current job & viewed my vehicle & assisted me with all the questions I have, nevertheless his quotes are pretty much accurate. Hung is absolutely modest & knowledgeable & Reena at the front desk is a great admin, the rest of the team is always welcoming, thank you for such remarkable service & experience! My car was sideswiped. I reported to icbc as a hit & run. I found Pender Auto Body on google. They were able to take photos of my car and submit to icbc for approval to be fixed. They provided a courtesy car. I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommended

I was rear ended and my entire bumper needed to be replaced. Rina and Hung walked me through the process, got me into a loaner car and made sure to get me back into my vehicle as soon as possible. Amazing team, and amazing people!!

They do great work! I own an older black Audi and the front hood had to be completely repainted. You can barely tell it was redone, blended great with the rest of the car and fair pricing. The receptionist and workers are also super friendly and nice.

The shop did a very good repair on a buckled front fender. Very satisfied with the workmanship. They are factory certified by Acura and some other makes. The Acura dealership on Terminal ave sends cars here for repair. Very impressed with the detailing our car was given with the wash and vacuum and tire shine applied. Interior was wiped down well too. Staff are friendly and very pro in how they operated. Definitely recommend this shop for Honda Acura and other makes.

Long overdue review. Brought my car for an estimate in January 2023 and this is the only body shop that does not push you to fix the car through an insurance claim, as I prefer to pay out of pocket. Hung and Rina is friendly, professional, communicative, and very pleasant to deal with. Inspection was done diligently and the car looked like brand new after repair. More importantly, they will try to save you money if possible.I would recommend people to come here and this is currently my go to shop for car body repair.Services: Painting
