Wow – what a transformation.
Mike and his team did an incredible job. I brought my 1998 4Runner in for a full interior and exterior detailing, and it honestly felt like I picked a different truck up afterward. The attention to detail on the bodywork was amazing (cleaning underneath window seals, getting off years-old adhesive from lost decals, sparkling door jambs), and for the interior they got out stains I had just accepted as part of the upholstery.
The bit that really blew me away was the job they did on the engine bay. I wasn't even expecting it as part of the service, but it fully changed color in there.
Overall the service went above and beyond, the communication from Mike was fantastic, and I really appreciated how bespoke the service was to the specific areas I wanted to focus on for the vehicle. Will 100% be back.

I brought my wife’s Audi Q5 for a solution to the paint problem on the hood. A body shop made a mess trying to polish out some scratches. Mike assured me they could correct the problem and walked me through their entire process. I am overly pleased with the result along with the service and communication received from Mike. 5 Star.

I've been coming to Pearls Auto Spa for years now. My father used to bring his car here for detailing, and now I do as well because the service is consistently excellent.We have dogs and car gets alot of dog hair stuck but they take care of it.The team is professional, thorough, and always ensures our vehicles look their absolute best.

Came highly recommended by the dealership as also having a great reputation, maybe I just had a bad one off experience but the place was impersonal, very cramped to detail the cars, and overall I had a very negative experience in spite of good recommendations and expectations. Will try other places farther away that may care more about looking after high end cars. Maybe a call back to see how customers feel would help improve as most of us just vote with our tires.

Vehicle detailing was good, not very excellent
But Do Not expect customer services from all the staffs in this place, Of course I never expect five stars hotel customer service, understand their job and respect them
But problem is their attitude when customer in & out, something wired
If care about customer service, not recommend
