I needed a new dress the week of my wedding and I found one that they overnighted in time for me to have it tailored. It was beautiful! The quality of the dresses themselves was really nice. Their consultation experience is really easy and calm. Some other brands have been really pushy about putting you in one of their gowns and I appreciate that my partner and I had a lot of space and time to decide on our own. Couldn’t recommend them more!

First, all of the staff are wonderful at P&F and make it such a welcoming environment.
Second, I went to try on bridal dresses for the first time and my appointment with Bennie was everything I could have wished for and more!! She is a gem and full of so much knowledge (having worked in the bridal industry for years). She made me feel confident and beautiful and that means the world to me!!
I could not recommend this store enough for all things bridal, bridesmaid and wedding guest. Thank you so much Bennie for being a wealth of knowledge and helping me say yes to the dress!!! ?

I came on two separate occasions and had the worst customer service experience in my entire life. Prior to going, I had high expectations for the store given its price range and heavy marketing ads on instagram. I went in because I wanted to try on some white dresses to potentially wear as my second dress on my wedding day.
Upon entering, there were a few girls chatting near the counter that greeted us very casually, then continued with their conversations. I didn’t think too much about this and went on to look for the white dresses. A sales associate near the back ended up starting me a fitting room when she saw me holding a few dresses. She asked me a few questions like ,”when’s your wedding date?” but didn’t offer any other assistance afterwards. The part I was most unhappy with was after I was shown to the fitting room, NO ONE was there to help me despite the store being EMPTY. There was a girl literally standing right behind me whenever I came out to look in the mirror and she just chatted with another associate the whole time or stared at me. I had to find a girl in passing to help me with the sizing in the end and ask if they could help me order the product online. The girls here just feel like they don’t care at all , and don’t want to help their customers.
In the end, I ended up ordering their product and find out that they charge $12 for shipping to home? Like why don’t I just order everything online to save myself the hassle? The dress was also $300. I ended up ordering to the store and picked it up a week later.
The second time I visited my fiancé commented how the girls that greeted once again were just chatting upon entry and didn’t bother to even walk up to us to ask us what we were there for.
Honestly this whole experience was extremely disappointing and for the price point of their products, it’s not worth it. Even the stitching is done very messily and on top of that, the customer service is awful.
Save your money and buy elsewhere. I will never come here again.

Bennie was so helpful at my bridal appointment! She was funny and patient, and knew just when to step in with advice. The space was perfect for my family to sit while I tried on a ton of dresses. Cannot wait to wear my wedding dress!!

Had to leave a review because I had the best experience shopping for a dress here. This will be the first place I go to for any special occasion dress I need. So many selections to choose from. 10000% more peaceful shopping here than going to any overcrowded mall. The staff were genuinely nice and helpful. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed while shopping. They kind of just let you do your thing and are there if you need help. LOVED it.
Highly recommend this place and I appreciate that they are size inclusive. <3

Wonderful experience. I booked a bridal appointment and showed up an hour early with some friends and they got to try on some wedding guests dresses. Everything is very high quality, reasonable prices and have a wide range of sizes. The bridal appointment itself was so incredible. They were very patient and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted within the hour I had booked. They have a comfortable space for family and friends to sit and experience the dress trying. 10/10 experience would highly recommend.

Back in June my sister and I had a really negative experience when shopping at the Vancouver location. The staff were not helpful and slightly rude to us. We waited a quite while for the change rooms (which was fine), but when two rooms came up next to each other the staff member helping us seemed reluctant to give us those rooms. We were not helped with sizes at all and felt that we were being rushed once in the change room.
A lot of the dress sizing didn't work for me. Most of the dresses fit well until my bust, where the dresses were often too small. I do not have an exceptionally large chest so I found this frustrating. I did however find a dress I really liked, and was planning on purchasing it. I decided not to buy it though because of the off putting attitude from the staff. I felt we were not taken as serious customers, which I may have been due to my sister and I looking quite young for our ages.
I decided to write this review as I got engaged recently and have started to look into dress shopping. This reminded me of this really upsetting experience.

Super pretty dresses but also very poor quality. Good for a one time wear, and I think the price reflects that.
Cute little boutique, lots of staff. Most of them were chatting and laughing on their own. However, there was one helpful lady + Tamara, who was INCREDIBLY helpful, funny, and supportive. Really great energy and honestly would hire her as a personal shopper!!!
I ended up purchasing a bridesmaid's dress thay I initially did not even look twice at that Tamara picked out for me to try. Good eye.
