I bought a Sony A90k from them that showed panel uniformity after 2 weeks with less than 12 hours of usage. I called them for warranty but they refused and said that It was not there when I bought it even though you could really not see/test properly it in the store. Fast forward last week, I bought another TV but this time from the surrey branch. I shared my story to them and they were shocked and confused that they did not honor the warranty. I went back to the Vancouver branch to complain but the manager gave me an attitude and gave so many reasons like "oh it must be the other guy who is not working with us any more" They did not take any accountability. Basically, THEY LIED TO ME. THEY FOOL PEOPLE THINKING THEY ARE COVERED BY ANY WARRANTY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VANCOUVER MARINE DRIVE BRANCH. THE MANAGER WAS ROUGH AND ACTING TOUGH! I HOPE YOU GUYS GET YOUR KARMA!

these bottom feeders are worse than used car salesmen. They are resellers of open box items so that tells you what you need to know, read the reviews... no updates on orders delivery takes 30 days, their tracking links don't work. bankrupt written all over this trash

Extremely rude customer service by the owner, they won’t let you think or take decisions about the tv they just want to sell and they will rush you! ???

I went to the store after seeing an advertisement about them recruiting due to expansion. The staff was EXTREMELY rude, not even smiling once even though I just wanted to talk. I did not go to drop my resume rather to just enquire about their expansion which I saw on the advertisement. I WOULD NEVER recommend anyone to go there again nor would I buy from them in my life. Exceptionally bad customer service, hardly even caring to actually look and smile at a person who walked into your store. The other staff didn't even care to interfere or come to address my inquiry. This is NOT how you treat anyone, even people who come to inquire about hiring.

I've purchased numerous products from the Marine Dr location. Dyson products, TV's, and other electronics. Staff have been friendly and informative everytime I've been there and I've never had a problem with a purchase.
