They don’t focus on dollar item, so I guess they carry many Japanese cosmetics and snacks to differentiate themselves from Daiso. Now they’re selling Japanese accessories at reasonable prices.I am happy to find many products made in Japan at this store.

Worse experience at Metrotown. Dishonest store. The manager in purpose put the wrong price tag for items and argued the barcode of item doesn’t match the price tag. Misleading consumer. The item in the photo showed $2.75 at the shelf and sell $3.75 when checked out. Nothing on the whole shelf has $3.75 tags. Beware this store.

The Indian girl working at cash I think her name was Preeti was rude, slow and didn’t say much. She was also busy busy talking to another girl at cash instead of attending to the customer first. All in all it was a miserable experience

it's sad. the company is choosing to set their employees and shops up for failure by not implementing viable price tags. what's worse was listening to speaker announcements several times of a manager reading out break schedules, saying where people should be and what they should be doing. even reprimanding a staff member over speaker. company should provide radios, what are we doing here? I feel bad for everybody who works at this store.

Products:I have been shopping here quite often since the beginning of opening. Sometimes, I like to browse around to see if there are any new or unique items. There is plenty to choose. Food items are quite pricey compared to actual Japanese & Korean groceries.Shop for:Random things that I don't need to spend too much money on.Service:Not bad, but I have encountered a bad experience before. The line could be long during weekends and peak hours.Environment:At busy hours, it could be super crowded. There is not much space to shop as aisles are quite close to each other.Recommend:Yes, if you're in the mall.

Oomomo has some serious pricing issues. Went to shop at this store and purchased a bunch of items. I was looking at kitchen utensils and most of them were similarly priced in the $2-5 range. They would sneak in 1 "premium" item on that shelf that sells for $13. The item doesn't really look premium at all though, so you don't really expect that it would cost so much more. Maybe a little more, but definitely not $10 more.To add to the problem - their prices are not clearly marked. They only have price stickers on the shelf, not on the products themselves. Also, the products are rarely ever placed corresponding to the shelf price labels, so you often have to try to use the SKU from the product to find the matching price sticker on the shelf. Sometimes there are no matching price stickers to be found.Additionally, when checking out, the cash register doesn't show the list of what you're buying. There's a small screen where it briefly flashes the price as it's scanned, but the cashier is scanning items very quickly so it's difficult to catch it as it's going. And finally, they have a no return, no exchange policy. When I finished checking out and got to review the receipt and find that the price on an item is way more than what I was expecting, I wanted to return it for a refund or even store credit. I understand companies are not required by law to allow returns, but this seemed like a valid complaint for exception... Nope, they didn't even budge.Very disappointed and not a great setup.

Cute japanese dollar store type place. But more like 3-8$ store. There’s a variety of different items ranging from stationary to home decor. Impossible to walk out empty handed. I always find something I didn’t know i needed

The most disqualified assistant manager or just the manager. This place has some issue that’s been ongoing. Their products have no price tag on the back, which means prices reflects on the ones on shelves but price tags for some items are missing, especially expensive ones. I don’t know if they did it on purpose as their sale strategy. The manager blames that customers are the ones that are responsible to ask for prices of each items and get price confirmation from him before we pay for them. He also needs to learn how to have appropriate conversation with customers, not arguing with them. He doesn’t even try to solve issues, he just fight over a customer. He has such a great talent of making his customers overwhelmed.
